Wonderful family friendly place

Beautiful clean property, with heated pool, arcade and pool table for inside fun. Outdoor space has tv for poolside watching and a basketball hoop for the kids to enjoy in the pool. We spent most evenings in the spa while our kids played. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful family friendly place.

NICE PLACE BUT READ THE HOUSE RULES

It was a great place to stay. Everything was very nice. My only issue is having to pay so much extra for pool and hot tub heat. One would think with the advertising of the property and the great back yard, the pool and hot tub would be heated for the advertised price......NOT THE CASE. Looks great in the photos, but the water in the hot tub and pool is cold unless you pay extra. Kind of a bummer Read the HOUSE RULES.

Perfect family getaway!

I brought my four kids to Vacay in the Valley for Spring Break. It was a blast. There were some miscommunications regarding the extra charge to have the pool/spa heated, but the property managers were very quick to respond. This house has EVERYTHING a family or group could want. All five beds are very comfortable. The living space is so nice. The game/bar area has so many options for indoor fun when we wanted to escape the heat. The kitchen was very clean and stocked. The couch in the family room is comfy and enormous! We loved hanging out watching movies after a long day of swimming. The outdoor space is so great. Comfortable loungers, fantastic pool for little ones, as it has a good amount of shallow space. My big boys loved it too. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

We were in town for a sports training for our son and chose the house bc of its location and entertainment. The pool was fabulous, we loved playing billiards, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out! The kitchen had everything we could need and more and appliances and finishes throughout were fantastic. Plenty of towels for both the pool and linens inside were much appreciated! Every detail was considered! We also appreciated being able to park in the garage. We are in this area for soccer often and will definitely stay here again!
