“We would have liked to have stayed but, immediately after booking, were hit up for additional, undisclosed 150 pet fees, a deposit with vendor fees, and intrusive, third-party verification process requiring IDs, selfies, and off-platform payment despite the listing clearly stating “Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.” When we politely inquired of property manager Jessy, they repeatedly defended this lack of transparency/false advertising by insisting no one had ever questioned before.……

“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……

“It really was a sanctuary! I had car troubles on a trip and this was a lovely home away from home. It had everything I needed and then some. I don't even have a dog but I think it's awesome that you have a pet door to the backyard!”
