But Sunny was so kind and very interested in my travels and making sure I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was VERY clean and so fancy. The bed was so comfortable. There was even a tiny balcony! The location was ok. Hard to walk to any good restaurants. There were two across the street. I didnt eat there. There is karaoke every night across the street! Ugh. “Big clean room, good aircon and hot water. Breakfast is good and the pool is very nice. It's close to the imperial city by walk. When booking it says there is a gym but really the gym is in Duy Tan hotel which is close and free to use. We were not told this on the first day though, the receptionist on the first day just said "no gym" when I said I had seen it on the pictures when booking. The rest of the receptionists were very nice and helpful.”

“酒店服务很好，前台很热情的帮我们订后面行程的车。酒店的游泳池在顶楼，虽然不大，但是晚上一边游泳（一边喝酒）一边看着顺化的夜景还是很不错的。 酒店的早餐是我们本次越南之行水果品种和量最多的，我基本是水果吃到饱，我这种爱水果的实在太爽！ 最后不得不提的是酒店的床。我们订的大床房，是两张单人床拼成的，但是又没有明显的缝隙，应该宽2米，我们带着孩子，直接睡成“工”字形每个人还很多位置。”

I also heard that the hotel remained safe during the recent historic flooding in Hue. If you’re looking for flood-safe accommodation, I highly recommend this place ”

“Good location. Nearby for restaurants and mini mart. Local breakfast is much delicious. it charge not too much for our late check-out. Our son dropped accidentally and hurt his ear, friendly staff help to contact clinic nearby, especially thanks to manager- Mr. Anh Dung that help to go to clinic to register number for us. We appreciate for it !”
