Fantastic place to stay. Centrally located. Staff are attentive, friendly and courteous. Amenities are fantastic and breakfast is above standard. I would recommend a family to stay here as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a super clean friendly hotel Great check in Good English speaking receptionists which was good as I speak no Vietnamese I’m trying but it’s hard The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was faultless I highly recommend this place if in Phu quoc and it’s literally 2 or 3 min walk too beach

Overall the room was clean. Staffs are friendly. Check in very fast not wait for too long. Although check in time at 2 but they let us check in as early as 12pm. Please call check in with them to see if they have room available to check in early... Do not wait till check in time

Wonderful stay
I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was close to the beach and some of my favourite restaurants. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of foods to choose from. The pool area was wonderful and often not very busy. The rooms were spacious only complaint would be the hard beds but it wasn’t terrible. The staff was friendly but could have done a better job providing a bit more information on the hotel and it’s amenities (spa, breakfast, wifi, building orientation)

This was a very nice hotel, super clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful and professional. Rooms were huge with nice view. Best part was the very big pool and skye bar. It was so much fun spending time here with my husband. Everything was close by, and very convenient. We give this place a 5/5, and hope that we can come here again soon! Stay here if you want a relaxing and fun atmosphere for vacation!

We didn’t stayed that hotel because the hotel too old and smell also staff didn’t trained well. We want to see the room first before we check in, They showed us one room and give us different room. I didn’t feel comfortable after do I did moved to different hotel.

Good clean comfortable hotel with a nice pool, gym and bar. Excellent location for restaurants, marts, bars, massages. Walking distance to night market. Free shuttle bus to Vinpearl Land/Safari just in front the hotel. Walking distance to beach but beach not very clean, better to take the trip to Sao Beach (the nicest beach in Phu Quoc)

I had difficulties with another hotel booking and seek help from Ocean Pearl to send me a Taxi. Justin - Reservation Office was particularly helpful. He make sure I got into the taxi and arrive safely at Ocean Pearl. The rest of the hotel staff were warm, although the facilities is not very new. I sincerely appreciate the extra service from Justin and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at Ocean Pearl Hotel. The room was amazing, very comfortable, big bed and nice bath with view to the ocean. It was very cleaned as well. The location is good, a lot of restaurants around and massage placed. Even though it seems almost in front of the beach you kind of have to walk 15 minutes to find a route to the beach since the resorts in front of the beach does not allow people to go through. The staffs English was very poor, just some people really had good English. The breakfast was great! They also had a New Years Eve party that was super nice. At the top of the hotel there is a bar, we stayed at the last floor, so it was super noisy until 2pm. For us it was not a problem, but a lot of people may not like it.

There's nothing really wrong with the hotel. It does most things fine, but nothing is great. The pool stands out as a definite plus, but everything else is pretty standard.

Excellent hotel- good location.
Good location close to bars and restaurants. Hotel has very good facilities-pool is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. One thing to note is that there is a rooftop bar on the front building which plays music until 2am. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend getting a room at the back of building 2. Beach access is approximately 200 meter walk.

Good location and generally clean.
This hotel is a good value and is ~20 minute walk to the night market. The rooms are clean, but we had no hot water and a broken phone on our second stay. Overall, the breakfast is good (soup especially) and the staff is very nice.

Great Hotel
Our first thought was to get a hotel along the ocean. They were either quite pricy or quite run down. We were across the road from the ocean and the hotel has an agreement to use a nieghboiuring hotel's beach access. It was perfect for the price. The hotel pool is quite nice, thanks staff were really good, the rooms were clean and big and the breakfast that was included was tasty.

Nice clean hotel
I was worried that it might be noisy from construction because of other reviews I had read but it was very quiet in my room(except for the occasional noisy neighbor). The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is not on the beach but it's just a short walk away. The pool area is beautiful and breakfast has a lot of options. The staff is really nice although slow to respond with issues (I had one small one with water dripping in the bathroom). The gym was a great bonus-it had a few cardio machines and multi-functional weight machines but no free weights. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it!

About 1 km. From a night market with a good vibe ad lots of food..... mostly fish or sea food! Great breakfasts and very pleasant staff! Problem with the safe...( my issue) was resolved quickly!

My stay was good. The choices at breakfast was limited to mostly local food. Foreigners should be catered for.

Lovely hotel , great service, loved the pool
We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent and the hotel is very clean and new. I loved the pool, it is very clean and relaxing and also long enough for a good swim.

Great hotel
Nice and new. Very clean and well presented. Nice spot on the strip; food, drink and supermarket very close. 15min walk to night market. Awesome location.

Bra läge, men lyhört
Läget är bra, mitt i staden. Men hotellet är väldigt lyhört och man hör folk som stänger dörrar och möbler som flyttas runt. Det var väldigt svårt att sova när alla andra i huset började gå upp. Poolen är bra men det finns inte så många solsängar, kanske 20-30st bara.

このホテルは2度目の宿泊で設備やスタッフは問題なく快適です。 ただ今回はホテル前のお店が朝方まで営業しており大音量でうるさかったです。奥の方の建物だったからまだマシですが表の建物に泊まっていたらかなりのものだったと思います。なんとかなりませんかね。

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel,die 4 Sterne sind alter Glanz. Die Betten waren bespannte Holzbretter.Ich hatte nachdem Aufenthalt Rückenschmerzen.In der Dusche waren alle Silikonfugen mit Schimmel befallen.Das Frühstück war jeden Tag lieblos gleich.Preis/Leistung stimmt hier definitiv nicht.Am Haupteingang standen jeden Tag 2 Flyerverteiler mit lauter Musikanlage die Werbung für die Skybar im Haupthaus gemacht hatten.Keine Ahnung wo die Hotelleitung eines 4 Sterne Hauses mit dem Konzept hin möchte.

Really not good !
1. 員工很友善，但英文太差，隨便講幾句就得要拿出翻譯機才能溝通。 2. 有一天出門回來發現打掃人員沒把門關好，房卡都還沒刷，結果門輕輕一推就開了，真的很誇張。 3. 房間很大很舒適，但隔音效果非常遭，就連隔壁房女生在哭我都聽得到。 4. 浴室很大，但水溫會忽冷忽熱，洗個澡一下被燙到一下冷到，感覺很差。 結論是，雖然整體不算不好，早餐也不錯，但如果有更好的選擇還是避開這間吧。
