I like how it is a very clean hotel and the breakfast is the best. The staff is great at recommending tours and where to sightsee. Also they remember your name which is a good touch. Stayed here 2 times on this trip, holding my bags for 3 days to go up north and I will be back for another night because it is a great place to stay with a great location.

We stayed for a week, which is a bit long for Hanoi but we had a very pleasant stay here. Very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast options - one of the best we’ve experienced in Vietnam! Pool is small but convenient for days you want to stay out of the heat! Gorgeous roof top bar with views over the lake and the old quarter.
