"Had a room with a great view but the p-trap for the shower reeked like sewer."

"Hotel was in an area where we felt unsafe. Limited facilities and in need of a refurb. We were a group of 4 but had only 2 glasses, 3 towels, no coffee facilities. Should have been given a free drink but not offered. No map of area available. Disappointing ."

" I stayed there for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were great. It was just a bit of a walk to the elevator since I was placed on a further room. Also the microwave and ice were not available on all floors so you'll have to go to an alternate floor. Overall stay was great and definitely would recommend."

"Love the look and vibe of this hotel. The room was very clean and had unique personalized touches. The shower faucet was missing the part that switched water from the bath to the shower head, so we couldn't take a shower. This seemed like a one-time issue.The rooftop restaurant, Topside, has an amazing view of Baltimore and the food is delicious. "

"This is a nice place to stay. For our needs, it was in a great location. It was stocked with all necessary amenities: extra blankets and sheets, towels and washcloths in every bathroom, and toiletries - if you forgot something, you could probably find it. The kitchen had all the necessities.We were there in the winter. We did have an issue where the 2 front rooms were very cold and the 2 back rooms were very warm. We could never find the sweet spot. We thought there may be another heating zone and asked the host if we missed a thermostat. The host responded quickly and offered to send someone to take a look as there was only 1 zone. Since we were leaving for the day, we didn’t want anyone to come over when we weren’t there, so we made do. The folks sleeping in the front room just piled on more blankets. For the back room, we slept with the doors open or cracked.The only reason I deducted a star is due to cleanliness. On the whole, the place was clean. However, a couple of the bathtubs had not been cleaned very well and there was obvious dirt still in the tubs. In the kitchen, the dish drainer really needs to be replaced as there was residue and scum all over it. We couldn’t put clean dishes in it. Additionally, the floors were dirty. I normally wear slipper socks, but they picked up so much dirt and hair (including pet hair), in less than hour, I had to buy slippers. By the time we left, the brand new slippers looked as if I had worn them outside. "
