「Detailed instructions for check-in and directions to the room were very helpful.」

「very good！」

「Everything is alright.」

「Great location, went during Towson University Homecoming, very busy and a lot of late night revelers.」

「絕佳的位置、服務人員友善、房間舒適。」

「Overall good」

「I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.」

「Good for business trip, high CP」

「Overall unprofessional service 1. needle-like shower 2.non-adjustable temperature- extreme hot or cold 3. only 2-days room maintenance policy.」

「Very good」

「太吵了」

「We were woken up by a tailing false fire alarm going off early in the morning and then same thing later that night really ruined my stay and the fact that you have to pay for parking when staying there is insane and unfair considering the price for the room I paid should be free parking」

「Nice hotel 」
