“We absolutely loved our stay at this super cute basement suite! The space was much more spacious than we expected, with a comfy layout that made it easy to relax. What really made it special was the decor – full of antique knick-knacks and thoughtful touches that gave it so much character and charm.There’s no cell service, which was honestly a huge plus for us. “The cottage was clean, the discription was acurate,the attension to detail was outstanding.The rooms look like they were just renovated.The view from the deck was fantastic.The glasses, flatware and cookware looked new.Well worth the cost. There even was a binder with the history of the area and activity suggestions,We hated to leave.”

“This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first……

“The property was better than advertised. It was beautiful, clean, very well-appointed, and serene. We wanted for nothing and we loved every minute. This is a lovely location for a quiet getaway and we would happily do it again.”
