Peace and Quiet in the mountains of Tuscany

Everything was just as advertised. Chiara was a wonderful host who met us after our long journey. The pool was great, al fresco dinners and the quietness of the mountains. View was spectacular and there is a path down to the creek. Piazza al Serchio is close by for any grocery needs and market on Tuesdays.

Dolche gar niente

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Stilvoll eingerichteten Haus unserer charmanten Gastgeberin Chiara. Mit dem gepflegten Pool mit Panoramaaussicht, der einladenden Terrasse und dem großen Garten haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen.

Geschmackvolles Haus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Chiaras Haus. Das Haus ist groß und dank der dicken Mauern auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war angenehm und auf Fragen wurde schnell reagiert.

Toller Urlaub in der Toscana

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in unserem Haus mit Pool in der Toskana. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und liegt oberhalb des Ortes. Von dort konnte man direkt Wanderungen machen oder den Tag am Pool genießen. Chiara war immer erreichbar und super nett. Wir können das Objekt auf alle Fälle empfehlen!!

Toskana mal anders

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Chiara. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Inserat entspricht zu 150% der Leistungen vor Ort. Beim Thema zur Lage des Objektes sollte man sich gut einlesen. Das Haus ist eingebettet in Berge. Für uns kein Problem, sondern schön. Dennoch können 30km Autofahrt etwas länger dauern. Wenn wir wieder einmal in dieser Ecke sind - gerne und sofort wieder! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit!

Viel Ruhe am Wald

Wir verbrachten 10 schöne Tage in Chiaras Haus in Nicciano. Die 4 Kinder genossen trotz kühler Witterung den Pool und auch wir 4 Erwachsenen konnten uns gut entspannen. Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu verweilen. Tags am Pool oder der Terrasse, abends im Gartenhaus. In der Küche bietet der große Esstisch genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und so bekommt man ab und an Besuch von Waldbewohnern. Mit dem Hund finden sich schöne Spazierwege rund um den Ort. Im Ort gibt es die Möglichkeit Pizza zu holen oder auch einzukehren. Einmal in der Woche gibt es einen Markt im Ort. Dort lässt es sich prima einkaufen. Zusätzlich erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten auch 2 Supermärkte. Abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass wir mit 2 Familien einen sehr schönen Urlaub erlebt haben und wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen können!

Mooie woning, mooi domein

Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw, alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, met acht personen heb je echt wel ruimte. Zalig genoten van het zwembad!

Prachtig authentiek Italiaans verblijf

De ontvangst was hartelijk. Zeer ruime, nette woning met al het nodige comfort. Men komt er helemaal tot rust, mede door de geweldige groene ligging. Aan het ontbijt vos en ree gezien. Wij komen graag terug.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir waren zu 8. und haben uns von Anfang an pudelwohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass es am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt, genießt man absolute Privatsphäre mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und dem Alltag entfliehen. Das Haus ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Unser persönliches Highlight war der saubere und regelmäßig gepflegte Pool, der Barbecue Grill und das separate Wohnzimmer in dem wir den Großteil unserer Abende verbracht haben. Innerhalb einer Stunde ist man In Lucca, einer der schönsten Städte der Toskana und in eineinhalb Stunden in La Spezia und Lerici am Meer - auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert! Alles in einem sind wir rundum glücklich gewesen, haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in Chiaras Haus verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!

Vacanze di gruppo relax

Posto veramente bello, immerso nel verde della garfagnana, un po’ lontano dal centro e quindi dalla movida. Di conseguenza resta il posto ideale per chi vuole fare vacanze relax e staccare da tutto. La casa è molto bella e molto grande. Pulitissima e fornita di ogni comfort e necessità. Spostandosi con la macchina è possibile fare numerose escursioni come il parco dell’orecchiella o L’Adventure park.. Il supermercato più vicino è la crai e a mezz’oretta si raggiunge il centro di Castelnuovo per poter mangiare un gelato e fare shopping. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria di casa Chiara sempre gentilissima e disponibile.

Zeer ruim, gezellig huis, prachtige omgeving, fenomenaal uitzicht.

Het huis ligt op een heuvel waar je je alleen waant. Fenomenaal uitzicht overal waar je kijkt. Prachtig op een heuvel tussen de Toscaanse bergen, zover je kunt kijken! Het huis is groot, met hele ruime slaapkamers en prachtige badkamers. Alles is met evenveel zorg ingericht met oog voor gezelligheid en detail. Ook de keuken is fantastisch uitgerust met alles wat een (groot) gezin nodig heeft. Het zwembad is iets aan de kleine kant, maar daar zitten met het prachtige uitzicht is heel bijzonder! Genoeg ligbedjes en stoelen. Een ruime tuin. De herten lopen op een afstandje door het groen. Vanaf het huis wandel je zo de bossen in met iets verderop een klein riviertje. Het huis ligt wel tikje afgelegen, waarmee ik bedoel, je hebt de auto nodig om een broodje of pizza te halen. In de buurt ligt een prachtig meer op 8 min met de auto waar je heerlijk een dag kunt zijn, kunt vissen etc. Lucca ligt niet ver en is het bezøeken meer dan waard! Daarnaast is deze omgeving in Noord Toscane nog minder toeristisch en daardoor niet duur. Wij hebben een super week gehad. Chiara is een lieve eigenaresse die zorgt dat je een fijne tijd in haar huis hebt! We denken er zeker nog eens terug te komen!

Familien Badeurlaub in den Bergen

Die Anreise gestaltete sich leider etwas schwierig, da wir auf die Tipps der Vermieterin leider nicht hörten und den vom Navi vorgeschlagenen Weg durch die Berge wählten. Angekommen trafen wir auf die sehr bemühte, nette Vermieterin Chiara. Das alte mittelalterlich wirkende Steinhaus ist top gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. 8 Personen haben in den 4 Schlafzimmer reichlich Platz (sogar neben vielen nächtlichen Gästen wie Skorpionen und Tausendfüßern). Beim Haus war alles wie auf der website beschrieben, inkl. Pool, BBQ-Grill, großzügiger Terasse und Garten sowie dem Poolhaus, das uns teilweise vor Regen als zusätzlicher diente. Das Haus ist am Ende einer Sackgasse (Schotterstraße) mit fabelhafter Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Der nahe gelegen Ort bietet zumindest einen Bäcker, eine hervorragende Pizzeria und 2 kleine Supermärkte; leider zu weit um zu Fuß zu gehen und daher ist das Auto nötig. Zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit Auto oder auch Zug - Station im Ort; empfehlenswert bei Ausflügen z.B. nach Lucca Mittelalterliche Nachbar-Ortschaften sowie ein nahe gelegener Badesee laden zum verweilen ein. Die Gegend ist auch super für ausgedehnte Rennrad-Ausflüge. Steakliebhaber müssen UNBEDINGT ins Restaurant "Il Grillo" in Giuncugnano Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, einzig die Abgeschiedenheit und die absolute Notwendigkeit eines Autos ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
