La struttura di per sè sarebbe anche simpatica, in campagna, nel verde, zona tranquilla e a pochi km da piazza armerina. Ha una cucina e una veranda semplice e gradevole in comune, stanze pulite e una piscinetta ben tenuta per rinfrescarsi. Non è stato possibile chiudere occhio durante tutta la notte per via di un rumore continuo insopportabiile (tipo condizionatore o frigorifero non saprei), c'era una vasca con idromassaggio attaccata al letto (anche troppo) ma impossibile da usare perché l'acqua calda la sera non c'era e di giorno andava e veniva. La mattina al risveglio doccia fredda. Che dire, peccato, saremmo potuti stare abbastanza bene e invece molto disagio.

1. endroit difficile à trouver 2. j'avais chercher à Piazza Armeria et ce lieu m'a été indiqué or il était à 25min de la ville: nous avons donc dû retourner en arrière. 3. j'avais demandé 2 chambres :une pour 2 pers et une pour 1 personne. pour 1 personne on nous a donné une chambre à 4 lits????? 4. le petit déjeuner pas servi . La cuisine était à notre disposition.... aucune présence??? pour un B&B????? la salle pour se restaurer peut accueillante ,poussièreuse ,vitres très sales on ne voyait pas à travers. Bref , ce fut une étape très moche

Het ligt op een mooie plaats lekker rustig het is heel stil ‘s nachts. Het heeft een prachtig zwembad met lekkere luie stoelen en zit stoelen en parasolletjes. De kamer is prima het bed is goed. de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij raden dit aan.

Vi kunde inte duscha för det fanns enbart kallt vatten. Poolen var stängd. Det fanns inget bröd eller flingor/müsli till frukost. Jag hade meddelat önskemål om glutenfritt.

Habe es nur eine Nacht dort ausgehalten

Es fängt an um das Hotel zu erreichen muss man knapp 2 Km Feldweg fahren. Die Zimmer waren sehr eng, das Bett was eigentlich nicht die Definition Bett haben dürfte, die Dusche konnte man nicht nutzen da die Türen kaputt waren, um warmes Wasser zu bekommen musst man gefühlte 10 min warten, aus dem Abfluss vom WC kam ekelhaftes Gestank hoch!!! Nach einer Schlaflosen Nacht haben wir uns sofort ein neues Hotel gesucht! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Tranquillità nel verde.

La struttura, nonostante si trovi su una collina un tantino scomoda da raggiungere vista la stradina buia e angusta, si presenta molto accogliente. Le varie camere sono diverse tra loro una presenta un camino al suo interno, altre vasca idromassaggio e via dicendo. L'accoglienza molto gradevole come pure le persone che preparano la colazione al mattino molto ricca e varia. Unica pecca nella mia camera la doccia idromassaggio aveva problema di scarico, ragion per cui mi si è riempito di acqua sul pavimento il bagno fino in camera. Nel contesto un luogo molto tranquillo. Prezzo nella norma.

This B&B is located outside Valguanera and only accessible via a remote and narrow road with a steep incline around a sharp curve at the end of a cul-de-sac. We booked the larger room but Expedia did not send that info to the owner - so we ended up with the 12qm room. Privacy is nil - you can hear your neighbors all night as walls are super thin. Breakfast is nice, though.

Le terrain est assez petit. Sur les photos on peut appercevoir un grand patio juste au dessus de la piscine, mais le hic c'est qu'il appartient à un autre propriétaire. Salle pour le déjeuner d'une bonne grandeur mais le chauffage était défectueux. Déjeuner très simple et mis à part les œufs brouillés tout le reste est acheté. Café très ordinaire, on s'attendait à beaucoup mieux.

Staff was friendly. Service not good; stayed 2 nights and room was never cleaned. Only one roll of toilet paper !!! We were lucky. Room was basic; cheap furniture & decoration. Bed below average. WiFi worked only the 1st day. Basic breakfast; tasty and well served. Regular GPS doesn't work; really need google maps to find the place. Good parking. The place is just outside of town; not walking distance..

Great pvt whirlpool bath!

Great relaxing stay away for the main towns

We stayed here for two nights. We loved the place. Has a beautiful pool and very nice inside and out. Very quiet and relaxing, the temperature was also a little cooler in the middle of Sicily. Making it more pleasant in the summer. The owner's we very helpful giving lifts to the bus stop, as was a little way out of the town up a hill. Bus goes direct to Catania (and direct to Airport), Piazza Armerina and Outlet village (where you can change to go to Palermo). Good breakfast, also has use of kitchen and BBQ. Highly recommended.

Adresse introuvable avec le Tom-Tom. B n B situé dans une côte introuvable ! La location n'est pas signalée dans la côte. Bref débrouillez-vous pour trouver ! La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Ne voyant personne pour nous préparer le petit déjeuner le matin, avec un autre couple présent nous avons décidé de le faire nous même; Heureusement, en prenant les aliments dans le réfrigérateur nous avons constaté que de nombreux aliments étaient périmés depuis plusieurs mois : 4 mois pour le jambon, 2 mois pour les gâteaux et record à battre, 9 mois pour le beurre !!! Cette adresse est à fuir si vous ne voulez pas risquer l'intoxication alimentaire. C'est inadmissible.

A cosy bed & breakfast with the looks of a castle. The location is central in Sicily near to Enna. The rooms are directly located at the central breakfast room and are therefore a bit noisy, due to guests who get up early or arrive late. The staff is very friendly.

B&B Il Castello, Valguarnera, nr Enna

Booked on the basis of being near Enna, but it's a twenty minute drive away. Superbly placed in the centre of Sicily and the main (dining) room has photos of places to see on the island and distances/driving times. The pool was very nice and the breakfast better if you could speak Italian and ask for exactly what you fancy. Il Castello makes an ideal base for when you want to be somewhere central in order to explore the island by car and I heartily recommend it as a base for those determined to see as much of Sicily as possible. The family owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. They are justifiably proud of their B&B. La signora recommended a local restaurant which was great - chef patron asked us what we liked,told us what they had fresh and the food was excellent.

Super !!

Site exceptionnel pour ce logement ! Un peu ardu à trouver même avec GPS, mais Giusy est joignable très facilement et parle anglais. Très belle maison laissée aux voyageurs, piscine panoramique, conforme aux photos. Attention c'est pentu pour y accéder ! Ici on se sent chez soi, au calme, n'hésitez pas à y passer plusieurs jours vous ne le regretterez pas.
