“We had to book this hotel last minute due to issues with our villa. The staff were excellent and could not be more helpful, it was lovely to speak to them and also learn a bit more about the history of the building. They were aware of our situation and ready to help further if needed. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the breakfast (food, setting, service) was top notch. If you have the opportunity to stay here - definitely go for it! ”

“整體其實滿好的，飯店內部裝潢優雅，服務也很不錯，環境優美，離san gimignano市中心走路約10-15分鐘。兩個小缺點：1. 停車位有限，所以要早點check-in去佔外面的免費停車位，不然還要額外付13歐去使用內部的停車位。2. 房間真的是有夠小，不算陽台的話，應該是這次在義大利住8個地方中最小的一個。但整體來說還是一個滿好的住宿經驗。”
