Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room semi-detached house that spans over 80 square meters across two levels. The beautiful living/dining room features a comfortable double sofa bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a satellite TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. This area leads out to a balcony. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and WC on the lower level.
Amenities Included
On the top floor, you will find two rooms with sloping ceilings, each with a ceiling height ranging from 140 to 240 cm and a rooflight. One room has a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a satellite TV and air conditioning. The other room features two single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, also with a satellite TV and air conditioning. There is a separate WC on this level. The property is equipped with forced-air heating for your comfort.

The unit offers a balcony spanning 6 square meters, furnished with balcony furniture and four deck chairs. Additional facilities provided include an iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot.
