“Bondo Hometel was such an amazing hotel. The rooms were very modern and very clean. There were 2 swimming pools on the roof. A cafe on the roof to get food along with a bar for drinks. There was also a full restaurant on the 11th floor and a bakery with desserts and coffee in the lobby. The only thing that was missing was maybe a microwave in the room. It does have a 2-eyed stove top that runs on gas. But no oven. So there is not much cooking in the room. But absolutely gorgeous view of both the……

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“First of all I would like to say that the staff are amazing , very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome, the grounds and the pool area are really top notch , now the downside, the room was ok but not a 4* , we paid extra for a superior king room with a sea view ( well if you angled your head around the corner of the balcony that was true ) our view if you could call it that was overlooking a derelict part of the garden and the main road , traffic noise all night long ugh , the room……

“After waiting for 20+ minutes for s cocktail, I asked the waiter if he forgot. He tokd me to calm down. I’m hopinv this was a laguage issue. None the less, it was offensive. Also, I never got the drink. Also charging $50+ USD, essentially a cover charge, for a friend to come for lunch at the pool is absurd. The staff in the lobby was friendly thecentire stay.”
