“Villa San Lorenzo is an absolutely stunning villa. We were 4 couples staying in the main house, and each suite was spacious and comfortable with its own ensuite bathroom with large walk-in showers. The renovations are spectacular from the moment you walk in the door; two storey floor to ceiling windows off the dining room on the main floor and living room on the second floor. The huge kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need to prepare meals, with new appliances, more……

Lorenza war immer ansprechbar, sehr nett und stets bemüht, dass wir den perfekten Aufenthalt hatten.Der eigene Pool und Garten wurde viel genutzt.Die Lage südlich von Alba ist für verschiedene Ausflugziele in die Umgebung (Turin, Riviera, Barolo etc.) ideal - ein eigenes Auto aber empfehlenswert.”

“Het is een zeer rustige en veilige plek.Het huis is werkelijk prachtig. Wij waren met een groep van 11 personen en dat ging prima. Rondom het huis is er veel plek om te zitten met een prachtige grote houten tafel met stoelen en tevens een enorme lounge set.De keuken is zeer goed ingericht. Bij de grote buitentafel staat een werkelijk fantastische barbecue waar we veel gebruik van gemaakt hebben.Bubbio is een leuk dorpje met alles wat nodig is: een bakker, een kleine supermarkt, een slager, bar……

“Dream stay with everything you could wish for We (4 adults, 2 preschoolers) had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The view was stunning, the garden perfect for kids, and the whirlpool was an absolute highlight!The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even organized a wine tasting at the neighboring Rossi Giovanni winery – a real treat. Evenings by the grill made the stay just perfect. We’d love to come back!”

“Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. ”

First of all, Simonetta has been a tremendous help in booking restaurants and other things in the area. “Large property with plenty of spaces for socialising and relaxing inside and outside. Excellent views over Verbania and Lago Maggiore. Location is good for exploring Intra on foot and surrounding areas by car or boat. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walk from the villa and several supermarkets within a short drive. Highly recommended!”

“We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The hosts are super helpful and the small stores and bars in the neighborhood were quaint and very friendly. ”
