"What a marvelous time we had immersed in the open life between this beautiful beach and wild mangrove river. The host went above and beyond to arrange our desired trips kayaking, exploring Corcovado, enjoying the Gulf, massages, birding, and suggesting options for food experiences. He even suggested the shuttle from San Jose and the hotel to use there as well. Know that Punta Preciosa is remote. It is wild. It is 25 minutes by taxi to town, so come prepared with food and your desired beverages....

The owner Kimberly is great and makes sure you have everything you need while you’re there. Amazing wildlife visits the property daily (monkeys, parrots, all sorts of birds, etc.). "I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts. Communication was great. They helped us find a fishing guide, gave us advice on where to eat, and took the time to show us around their beautiful property. It had everything we needed including AC, coffee maker, and a washing machine (among other necessities). The house had one bedroom and two pull-outs ( which were already set up) for our kids in the living room. Towels available for showering and some to take to the beach....

"Beautiful new one bedroom house that is well decorated and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts were great and very responsive. The birds and butterflies in the garden were and added bonus. No negatives at all about either the house or the location. It was very convenient to groceries, gas and restaurants."
