The farmhouse is located in the Municipality of Piegaro at about 400 meters above sea level immersed in the green hills of Umbria near Città della Pieve, at Lake Trasimeno. The structure is enriched on the ground floor by two large common rooms with fireplace and a kitchen, ideal spaces for groups of friends and families, private parties.
Outside, under a kiwi pergola, it is possible to have breakfast while enjoying a wonderful view.
Space
These are 3 apartments equipped with a kitchen complete with accessories with private bathroom, ample parking, heating and air conditioning, furnished in style and equipped with all comforts and free wifi.
It is possible to organize upon request: excursions in the surrounding area, with various opportunities from a landscape, historical and cultural point of view; get-togethers for any occasion (baptisms, birthdays, private parties, New Year's Eve, etc...).
The structure is equipped with underfloor heating, the cost is not included and is calculated on the basis of actual consumption.
Guest access
In an extremely quiet area and with a fenced area of about 2000 m2, the property extends for over 12 hectares with vineyards, olive groves, woods and therefore offers the possibility of going on excursions on foot or by mountain bike.
Other things to keep in mind
The central location allows you to easily reach some of the most famous places in the region, for visits of historical and artistic interest, as well as religious. In the farmhouse it is possible to taste our local gastronomic specialities: oil and wine of our production.
The first floor apartment with entrance from the terrace consists of a kitchen, living room, a bedroom with the possibility of a double bed or single beds from a puff bed and a bathroom with a comfortable shower and hydromassage column. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with two electric burners and all the furnishings necessary to allow full independence for a family of two – three people. Guests can take advantage of the suitably furnished outdoor space of the terrace during their stay.

Minimum groups of 5 people.
Course duration 3 hours in the afternoon on days
TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY excluding holidays.

The dates are to be agreed for organizational reasons in advance well in advance.
Cost 150 euros per person.
The course provides
- preparation of the dough
- pulling the dough by hand (pici)
- preparation of a typical sauce (aglione)
Cooking and tasting of dishes
All ingredients and raw materials are at our expense.
The structure provides utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, even all paper)
and final cleaning.
