Best Western Piermont hotels

"I was really disappointed in this hotel. Especially the room that we spent over 500 for each night. Clean room, comfy bed, nice sheets but the room was smaller than I have experienced for 2 people, even though it was a “deluxe queen”. What was worse was the only window was against a wall with nesting pigeons, so no light could get in. This would be a 200 a night room. The value is where I rated it a 3. If you book 233 you will have a room that you share with a wall and pigeons. "

"The room was nice and clean! There were a few things we wished were different. The staff was not very welcoming and acted annoyed when we didn’t know to ask the bell man about holding our bags. We asked for conditioner to be refilled and were told it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t. Our room was facing an abandoned building, although I know that isn’t the hotel’s responsibility, it didn’t give that vibrant NYC feel. We stayed two nights, on the second night, the TV said welcome, (some other name that seemed like we were in the wrong room, or they double booked) Not a bad place to stay, but with the service I probably won’t stay again."

"Room was a little dirty. Some trash in the closet and socks left under the bed skirt from the previous person. The rooms show their age. "

"The room was old and outdated-from the plumbing to the dirty room to the poor ac/heating controls to the terrible noise from outside-it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. I expect a complete refund for this miserable experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!"

"I mean, if you are staying in the Bronx, your expectations cannot be very high. Typical renovated, hotel in the 3rd World area of NYC. Staff were amazing!!! Room was OK. Not fancy, but decent sleeping. Think Motel 6 or Super 8 on a lesser budget. "

"I liked the Dream Midtown. My husband and I needed to take care of some business close by and this hotel was perfect. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance. The room was simple and clean. At check in we were greeted by Mike that has excellent customer service. I met Edwin; the bellhop. He was polite and when we checked out, he offered to hold our bags in case we wanted to do any last minute site seeing. Also, he offered us assistance to the airport if needed. "

"Very conveniently located to Time Square and the subway. The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are tiny so be prepared and we noticed some stains on our sheets as well as the rooms just not being in the best condition. It’s a fine stay if you’re on a budget and don’t plan on being in there longer than sleeping but with two people maneuvering around the room was difficult. "
