It was a great stay in this apartment, but there was few items that the host should have taken care of as follow: 1- The main room did not have the fitted sheet on the bed, and the duvet was without cover. 2- there was no towels at all in the main room while the other rooms had enough towels and good bed linen 3- there were no tissues in all rooms. 4 I was charged a lot of money for cleaning and at the same time the host is asking the guests to have everything cleaned up in the apartment like removing all garbages out and removing all linens outside the apartment next to the entrance, which I think the guest should not be doing this since he has paid for the cleaning.

Wir haben die Woche in Piesendorf sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Balkon mit Heizstrahler ließ uns auch noch im September abends die Ruhe genießen. Das nahegelegene Freibad bot nach den Wanderungen eine erfrischende Abkühlung.

Leider waren die ersten 8Tage zum vergessen, wir hatten leider das Glück 6 Araber unter uns zu haben und die meinten jeden Tag um 4 Uhr Morgen anfangen zu Beten, danach wurde gekocht. Der Vermieter hat es auch nicht interessiert. Aber Zell am See ist voll denen. Eine Ferienwohnung würde ich nicht mehr nehmen, für das Geld. Wohnung hatte auch ein paar Mängel ,Piesendorf war Super ,alles da eine Super Pizzeria oder der Mittelwirt (Knödel)Die Gegend von Piesendorf war für Wanderer Super!!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit unverbautem Blick auf die Berge. Wohnung war für unsere Personenzahl ideal, insegsamt zwei Badezimmer direkt an den Zim haben absolut gereicht und eine zusätzliche Toilette im Flur wat auch vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung !

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Geräumig und sauber. Viel Platz. Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse. Lage auch gut. Direkt daneben ist ein Freibad, das „Hinkelsteinbad“. So konnten wir nach einer anstrengenden Bergtour am Nachmittag noch ins erfrischende Wasser springen. Eintritt war frei mit der Fun+Card. Die Haltestelle „Piesendorf Bad“ der Lokalbahn ist auch direkt neben der Wohnung. Sehr praktisch um nach Zell am See zu fahren, kostenlos mit der Fun+Card. Bäckerei fußläufig einfach zu erreichen. In der Region gibt es sehr viele tolle Ausflugsziele mit Kindern. Bei der Ankunft hat das Hausmeisterpaar uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele gegeben.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Genauso wie auf den Bildern der Internetseite. Der Balkon mit dem Heizstrahler wurde täglich von uns in den kühlen Abendstunden genutzt. Die Sauna im Keller ist auf jeden Fall auch ein großer Pluspunkt, ebenfalls die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, die man sich mit einer weiteren Wohnung teilt. Super nett waren auch die Mieter der einzigen „nicht Ferienwohnung“ im Erdgeschoss. Wir durften einmal auf deren Wiese im Garten unseren Grill aufbauen und grillen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Im Haus sind insgesamt 4 Wohnungen. Sehr angenehm war auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeisterservice. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Kleine Punktabzüge gibt es für die frühe Abreisezeit von 9 Uhr, die abgenutzten Esstischstühle und die Fußbodenheizung. Im Bad und in dem Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Bad ließ sie sich leider nicht ausstellen. Die Tür zum Saunaraum war nicht abschließbar. Wir haben mit zwei Familien 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (17 und 20 Jahre) in der Wohnung eine Woche verbracht. Für 8 Personen ist die Wohnung meiner Meinung nach auch geeignet. Mit 10 Personen wollte ich jedoch nicht in dieser Wohnung einen Urlaub verbringen. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.
