"Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. Great space to sit and relax. Nice kitchenette if you do wish to cook. The bar has a great view. Again with frendily staff. Swimming pool area available and some pleasant relax areas. Good value...

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic."

"The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

"A stunning villa in a wonderful location above the village of Gargnano. The interior layout works very well for a family or group of friends ( we were a family of eight). Only slight drawback is that two of the bedrooms don't have AC so can get hot.The exterior terraces and pool are really great with superb lake views. A short 5/10 minute walk takes you down to the village with easy access for swimming in the lake and a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. So overall a great place to stay."

"The property was wonderful. Perfect quiet location with easy access to beach, local village and and 10 minutes car journey to pick up ferrys. "We were in Bardolino for my stepdaughter's wedding. My brother-in-law and his family stayed in the downstairs unit and my husband and other family members stayed in the upstairs unit. It was so wonderful to all be together. There were 18 of us but it didn't feel crowded at all. There was plenty of space to spread out and the balcony with the view was to die for. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!"
