Family get away

This cabin was very nice just enough room for the entire family. We go to the mountains every year on the kids spring break and this was on rhe the top of our places to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and that included the pool and the hot tub! Highly recommend to a large family. We had 6 adults and 5 children - plenty of room!

Place was great and easy to get too. Plenty of space and loved the pool/ hot tub areas. Loved the porch with TV and fireplace area. Wish it hadn’t been so cold so we could’ve enjoyed that more. All in all a great place for a big group.

Great Family Spot

It was the perfect spot for our family from great grandparent to grandchildren. Located in the middle of Pigeon Forge. The pool was a great place to end a hot day.

We had an awesome time. The home was great and in perfect area to get around to all the amazing sites and restaurants. We have now been to Pigeon Forge 3 out of the last 4 years and I would definitely stay at this cabin again.

Very nice place to stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a very relaxing and fun weekend. The kiddos loved the pool and arcade games! Plenty of kitchen items to use for meals. Lots of space for all to spread out. Would definitely recommend when visiting Dollywood and surrounding areas!

Perfect All Around - Location, Amenities, Etc.

Stayed 3 nights in this community that is less than 5 min off the “Strip”. Kids swam in the indoor pool 3 times a day every day, and my wife and I enjoyed having three huge deck options for enjoying the fall sites. Really a great neighborhood and all around process. Will stay in this community and with this owner again for sure.

Fall Break in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge

The Sage Retreat was an awesome home away from home for my family during our fall break vacation this year. Check in process was very easy as was the check out process. Location of this property is fantastic as well - less than 15 minutes to pretty much all the major attractions in the area! The indoor pool was a huge bonus and the kids loved it. I think we took a swim everyday we were there! Property was clean and well maintained. Another bonus - the internet service in the home was great which can be hit or miss in the area. Would definitely book again with Neil and No Worry Vacations!

Easter Stay

The Sage Retreat was lovely. It was easy to check in/out was easy. The house was clean, and had most supplies for a long weekend. It’s roomy and cozy for 2 families (9 people). The pool was a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was clean and had great jets. Very relaxing! We had amazing weather so the outdoor decks were nice to relax on. The location is close to the main attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge, but still felt removed. The Iron Forge Brewing Co. was a cool place to grab a bite and hang outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very Cozy and Clean

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We had two children under the age of 12 in our group and they thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and having their own rooms. The living room isn't huge but it is very cozy and fit our group of ten perfectly for family game night. The breakfast and dinner situations where a little complicated due to limited seating (6)but it was a vacation together and we made it work and had fun. The only thing I wished is that there was a bit of a better view of the mountains but we did plenty activities that helped us get that into our trip. Would definitely stay there with the same amount of people again.

Lovely outdoor decks, hot tub and pool. House was pretty clean and had plenty of towels. Good floor plan for families. Lacking in storage and kitchen pots and pans needed replaced badly. There was not a lot of serving dishes or prep dishes. As a family of 9 who ate at the house every dinner it was necessary to run dishes every night. Bedding and mattresses were subpar at best. Mattresses were very soft and squishy and the sheets were very thin. The master bed frame was creaky and loud and felt like it was going to fall apart every time I rolled over. Good location, close to parkway. Development had lots of dogs visiting and not a lot of green space.

I’m picky about where I stay, concerning cleanliness. This was not a problem here. Very clean. When we travel we’re not at the cabin/room much. We head out of town to the outdoors. We don’t do much cooking but everything seemed ready to go. Plenty of cookware of dishes. All clean. We would return. Thank you

Wonderful home in a great location!

This property was perfect for our two adult couples (one childless couple stayed in first floor bedroom with bathroom naturally). The other couple stayed with their 4 kids aged 4-13 upstairs. The house was just big enough to keep us all entertained and serve as a launch pad for the fun things to do in Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool was fun and we used multiple times. The house was clean, the beds were firm, and it wasn't decorated too cluttery. My only very minor complaint would be that the cookware (pans) are on the last legs and will need to be replaced soon (rickety handles) and if you have many people you might generate more trash then the two cans can hold during a week (boo no recycling!). But honestly, not major enough to bother the host about. The host was very easy to get a hold of and was easy to work with. If I was staying in this area again I'd rent this home in a minute.
