Annual Family Get Together

The cabin was ready for us when we arrived. It was clean, organized and a nice inviting smell. We were really happy with the cabin and recommend it to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back and will stay at this cabin. A few things that we noticed and need attention. The upstairs shower (game room) drains really slow. Need more lights in the kitchen. Internet is weak downstairs. Need a new dishwasher. It is missing a lot of pegs and the door does not open to drop the cleaner pack during the wash cycle.

Family Wedding

We loved this cabin. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. (About 8-15 mins to everything you could want or need.) We had 13 people. The cabin fit us well. You come in and the master suite with a full bath is right there with the family room and kitchen. The upstairs has a loft with queen bunks and a pull out sofa. Then there are two bedrooms with bathrooms down in the bottom as well as a pull out sofa. Bring your own trash bags and dish washer tabs and laundry stuff. The bottom fireplace wasn’t working but the other one was great. It’s a noisy cabin. The sound on each floor travels. But we loved it!

An okay stay

Pros: The cabin had a nice exterior and gave a real home-y feel to it. There was a porch swing and rocking chairs outside which was nice. There was a lot of space in the cabin to accommodate a bigger group which was a plus! Each sofa became a sofa bed, so it provided options for guests to stay. Besides that, the theater room was a good inclusion, actually felt like a private theatre for the family. Cons: THE AC DID NOT WORK!! Although there was a lot of space in the cabin, due to the ac central unit not working, we could not use the loft/theatre area for an entire day of our visit. The day we check in, the ac unit was already not working and took about 4 hours to get an actual ac units placed inside the cabin to at least help. By the time we got those set in it was around 11 pm and we had been with no ac in a 97 degree cabin with a toddler who had to endure that heat for such a long time. The actual central unit was never fixed during our stay so it was a real bummer. Besides the ac being the main problem, the cabin was not in the cleanest state. There was a lot of dust throughout the cabin, which caused a member of our stay who is allergic to dust, to be constantly sneezing, coughing and having a runny nose/eyes. The shower curtains both in the loft and downstairs areas had mold on them which was not a pretty sight to see. Lastly, the drain from the bathroom of the loft did not drain the water faster in enough so another unfortunate situation.

Our stay in Pigeon Forge

We had a great time! We had to reach out to personnel several times and was answered right away and problem was solved. The only complaint that I have would be that your cleaning crew could do a better job on floors!

Good and bad

This property definitely needs to be renovated and upgraded. The hot water heater couldn't support filling one bathtub completely. There's no air hockey table. The best thing was it was five minutes from Pigeon Forge.

To many complaints

I would not refer anyone to this property. Worst experience ever!! I have stayed in several vrbo homes and never this bad. First impressions, I wanted to leave. Couch mattresses were soiled with urine. The middle bedroom had leaks from the shower/ washer on the top level. Packman machine did not work. The kitchens pots and skillets were old and unclean. We felt trapped to have to endure this trip for 5 days. I wish the past reviews had given us more information. I was determined to write a honest review. The maintenance did their best to fix our problems , however they just got worse. We didn’t even complain about any small things because after freezing the first night with not enough blankets to leaks in ceiling made dirty pots and pans minute for us. This place could be nice but it definitely need a complete facelift. If someone is looking for a 2 star, definitely stay there. Property managers was super nice, but I assume it was only so much they could do.

Game room is not as advertised

Contacted rental company on Friday when arrived and Saturday . Never did address the problem. No air hockey table as in pictures. Arcade game did not work. Pool table was no where close to being level. I rented this cabin because of the game room. I brung 8 kids with me and they were not happy. I have never gave a bad review on anything in my life till I stayed at this cabin. I have stayed at close to 20 cabins in the pigeon forge area over the years and never had any problems before this one that was not addressed. Everything else worked and was as advertised except for the game room and never responding to me.

Youth Group trip

The property was very clean and had all we needed. Plenty of towels, stocked with laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, etc. The kids were a little disappointed there was no air hockey table or hot tub but they loved everything it offered. It was perfect for us and had good parking and safe roads leading to the cabin! We were in a 15 passenger van.

Christmas family vacation

The cabin was very nice, and had plenty of room for all of us to sleep. The only issue we had was when that Arctic blast came through. I don’t know what type, or size of the heating units, but they did not heat the cabin. We had it set on 70 degrees, and woke up to 55 degrees inside. Other than that, we had a wonderful Christmas vacation with the family.

Problem propane tank was empty when cooking dinner

Stay was great only problem propane tank was empty when we began to cook. Call to report it they said someone would be there in half-hour. It took 3 hours for them to come. So I took empty tank to exchange before the got there. That was my only problem.

Family vacation

This was perfect for our family of 13 (4 adult children & 7 grandkids ages 6 to 16). Everything worked just fine, there were plenty of dishes, towels, sleeping options, and bathrooms. We’ve traveled a lot and this is the best place we’ve stayed for our family size.

Family vacation

House was nice. When we arrived house alarm went off after we entered house was unaware of its existence or a code had to call company. They were unable to get ahold of owners but finally found the code to disarm it..Due to current Covid issues were trying to stay indoors and were disappointed with a lot of the “amenities” Pac-Man doesn’t work, had to climb up and reset WiFi several times, air hockey table in very bad shape, one night we used the hot tub and had a LARGE amount of water leaking into the inside of cabin basement (we called company and service man came the next day) He couldn’t find anything wrong and told us to use it but we were afraid to. Also a tv screen was broken in a bedroom in the downstairs. Overall beautiful cabin just needs a little attention to justify price.

Would do it again!!

House is very clean and kept up to date! Great location and not to far from Pigeon Forge attractions. (Less then a 4 minute drive down the mountain). I encountered 1 problem because I couldn't figure out how to shut off the alarm but the staff was quick to respond and help me (turns out I had forgotten the password they had given me, so totally my fault). Bedrooms are very nice mattress and nice bedding. What we loved most is that our teenagers had a special place to hand out in with the game/movie area. I would defiantly recommend this house and would stay here again!

One of the Best Places We Have Stayed

We have rented approximately 10 large cabins/houses over the past 10 or so years in various states for vacation. We usually rent a house that sleeps 15-16 people. This cabin was one of the best places we have rented. It was clean and spacious. We loved that there were essentially 3 master suites each with king beds! The beds were so comfortable and the bedding felt fresh and clean as were the towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had all of the essentials for making meals. Our kids (and adults) loved the pool table, air hockey and Mrs. PacMan. The rockers and swing on the porch were great for our baby. There was also a baby high chair that you attach to the table as well as a pack n play - we brought our own because we weren’t sure the property had them. There were just a few maintenance things that we will make sure the owner knows about but they were minor issues and did not affect our ability to stay comfortably. Worth noting: the upstairs level got warm during the afternoon, but the 2 box fans available in the closets helped a lot. There are no spices, salt and pepper, etc. for cooking so plan accordingly. There is an ice maker in the fridge. There were barely enough bath towels for our group of 13. I think there were only 12 total. Keep in mind There is no outdoor space for kids to play. Check in and out were super easy - Vacasa texted me alerts to let me know what to do and how to do it. Signs in the house had instructions on how to run the tv and how to check out, etc. All in all a great place! Highly recommend!
