Nice Condos beside sketchy property; lock issues

The condos themselves were nice and the pool was clean and kept up. The location of the property was close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and stores. The properties in closest proximity were sketchy and very rundown. We also had a lot of difficulty with our keypad. Someone was directed to come out and fix it, which they did, but the metal plate on the actual lock was very loose and made it difficult to engage the lock. We continued to have trouble getting our door to lock/unlock. Otherwise, the condo was nice!

Condo nice-surroundings not so much

The condo has been updated and is very nice. One bathroom had obviously had a shower leak and the floor and walls around the shower were stained. The leak had also made the laminate on the floor in front of the toilet come unglued and it stuck to your bare feet when you got out of the shower. The bathroom light also went off in the middle of my shower but it came back on by the time I had gotten out. No other problems with it after that. The location, even though close to the strip which was great, had some issues. The surrounding properties are unkept and looked sketchy but we didn’t have any problems. The 20 plus geese and ducks (and I know, not the problem of the property owner) that must live right there at the condo by the creek were VERY loud. We had to come inside from the balcony several times because of the honking and screeching.The condo itself was lovely and nice, but I probably will not book here again because of surroundings and noisy geese.

Christmas visit to pigeon forge

Beautiful place but plumbing issues

We arrived late on a Friday night. When using the shower Saturday morning, the plumbing underneath the shower flooded the bathroom. This was not fixable during our stay so we had to be relocated. The manager was very apologetic of the issue. I guess my biggest concern is, if housekeepers truly cleaned the shower prior to our visit they would have easily discovered the plumbing issue. The location is great but due to this experience we will not book here again.

Awesome condo!

The pictures don’t lie! This is an amazing condo. Very comfortable and close to all of the things we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. Already picking dates for our next stay!

Very disappointed

The unit was spacious but that is where it stops. The first thing was the balcony door would not open. I called Vacasa and the maintenance person over to look at but he didn't have tools to repair it. He assured me, that he or another person would be there the next morning to fix it. Taking him at his word, I had planned a romantic dinner for girlfriend and was having catered. When we returned from sites seeing, I discovered no one had come to repair the door. I had to cancel 2.5 hours prior to delivery and had to pay a $75 cancelation fee .Needless to say, my evening plans were ruined. Why lie about it? All that needed to be done was tell me they couldn't fix it or was not coming back to fix the problem. I feel that I should be reimbursed for the cancellation fee, as it was not my fault. Also, there was a leak in the master bath and the floor stayed wet and we had to place towels on the floor. I called the number that I was given but nobody answered. We had a leakey shower in the master bathroom that was annoying all night . The television sets lost connection for a day and we finally got reconnection established last night but only 2 of them worked. I have traveled extensively and never had this much inconvenience. I brought to the attention of the property manager to no avail in resolving these problems. He could not get in touch with Vacasa maintenance department either. I will never rent from a Vacasa property again.

Nice place

Super happy with the location. My only complaint would be that I was told I would have two parking spaces. My plan was to park my truck and trailer there. But was told I would have to move it or it would be towed. So that was a bit of a hassle but not the end of the world as we found a different location to park. The condo itself was quite nice and was clean. My only issue with the condo was the bed could have been more comfortable and the AC is loud. But neither of these would stop me from staying here again. Lots of space, great layout and great outdoor patio with a great view. Anytime I had a question about something the answer was a super quick text away. Great support for any questions we had.

Nice condo

The condo unit was updated and clean. We were able to check in early which was nice. The couch was very comfortable. The mattress in the main bedroom was not comfortable and so my husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch both nights. The places on either side of the condo were a little rough for our taste, but we spent most of our time at the ball field and were not there much during the day. Overall it was a nice clean condo and looked as it does in the pictures.

Don’t let outside fool you

The property was very close to everything. We were a little concern with outside on arrival but soon realized it wasn’t an issue. Property was nice, except for a few housekeeping things that got addressed we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location with Previous Problems

Great location, nice furniture, safe environment for you to stay in Pigeon Forge. Downside master matress uncomfortable, mold/mildew in shower, and bugs in kitchen (all mentioned before previoys reviews). Fix these small things and you qould not have any difficulty renting this condo.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY!!!!

We had a wonderful time on this trip. The condo is right in the middle of everything so it was a quick trip anywhere we went. The property itself was super clean and comfortable. The sectional was so soft, it was INCREDIBLE!! The balcony/porch area was so cute and right on the water. My kids loved watching the ducks and geese. The only "issue" we noticed was that the bathroom door knob in the first bathroom was put on backwards so you couldnt lock it from inside. Not a big deal for us but might be for someone else. We loved it and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Do NOT stay here!

Upon our arrival, we discovered mold in the master shower and no hangers in the closets. We contacted Vacasa and they were no help. These are things we could overlook so we continued unpacking. Later on, we discovered that none of the clocks worked and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Once again, things we could get past. However, we discovered something we could not overlook - ROACHES! Obviously we contacted Vacasa and they said the “local team” would help us. We were informed someone would be by to spray while we were out shopping. If someone did spray, it didn’t work because there were many roaches to greet us upon our return. I would never stay here or with Vacasa again and I suggest you don’t either!
