We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. It’s conveniently located and the pool and lazy river are the perfect temperature (not freezing cold like most)

The location is great, and the beds are very comfy. The unit was clean, and the kitchen very useful. Pack extra toilet paper, and soap for the dishwasher. They only supply with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and enough soap to run the dishwasher once. They told us we needed to buy anything after the initial welcome pack.The free ticket can be tricky. You need to call and set up the initial ticket process. They give you options to many top shows, but you only get 1 ticket per event not one per each person in your unit.There are some parts of the listing that need to be updated:There is no warer park. The outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub are seasonal, and the indoor heated pool was only heated for 2 of our 5 day trip. The TVs in the unit are not smart TVs like listed. The floors in the living room were damaged and were peeling up in spots. So those need to be fixed. The view from the balcony is not a mountain view like the say in the listing.
