TRANQUIL TIMES is a comfortable and spacious 2,500 square foot three-level log retreat. This 5-bedroom/5-bathroom cabin is nestled off Wears Valley Road, less than two miles from The Parkway in Eagles Ridge North Resort and just a short car ride away to all of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg’s action packed adventures such as Dollywood, Five Oaks Tanger Outlets, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, music theaters, craft shops, The Island featuring Paula Deen’s restaurant and a 200 foot Ferris Wheel as well as the LeConte Convention Center. There are no steep hills or winding roads to access the cabin. The roads are paved and there is level parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Upon entering the main level, you'll be greeted by a warm inviting living room with a stacked stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Admire the vibrancy of the honey-hued wooden interior walls as you enter the beautiful open-air design of the living room, kitchen and dining area where you can entertain and have easy conversation. The kitchen is well appointed with new pots and pans, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stove/oven, coffeemaker (drip style and K-cup style), blender, and silverware. In the main living area you can enjoy the large screen TV and CD/Stereo/MP3 player.

The layout has been thoughtfully planned so guests can enjoy each other’s company yet find their own space and enjoy privacy even with a large group. This ideal floor plan provides an upper level King Master Suite with a large Jacuzzi tub for those that really want some time to unwind and help relax after a long day shopping and sightseeing. The main floor has two queen size bedrooms and bathrooms and the lower level also has two queen size bedrooms with bathrooms, all with tv’s and ceiling fans. Additionally, a queen size sleeper sofa is located in the lower level game room and one in the main living room for the kids. A separate game room in the lower level has a pool table, wet bar and an additional living area with comfortable seating and table with chairs so you can get away from a crowd when necessary. For sports fans and movie lovers, every room is equipped with cable TV with DVD to watch a game or movie and just relax after a busy day in the Smokies. The cabin is additionally equipped with a gas grill, second full size refrigerator and a washer/dryer on the lower level for your convenience.

Spend some quality time on one of the peaceful back decks or front porch in one of the many rocking chairs and breathe in fresh mountain air before unwinding in the bubbling hot tub on the main level screened-in deck and relax while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery. This cabin truly celebrates the best of life - the timeless pleasures of family, friends, laughter, and reflection. TRANQUIL TIMES is ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, or friends who simply enjoy each other. Whatever your Smoky Mountain vacation plans may be we know you will enjoy your stay at our no smoking and no pet cabin. TRANQUIL TIMES can accommodate 10 adults maximum (14 total with all children, 17 and younger including small children and infants). You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. If you need additional lodging, we also rent other cabins in Eagles Ridge North Resort.

Perfect for a large family
We had a dozen people and needed a large place in a convenient location. This was perfect. Everything was as advertised and we never felt cramped or tripping over one another (except perhaps in the kitchen, which is somewhat small). Aside from that, the cabin was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Great space outdoors with 3 decks to hang out on. Very happy with our stay and will consider this location again if we ever plan another trip up that way.

Dance competition home away from home.
We had a great stay. We chose this location because it was conveniently located near the venue for the dance competition we were attending. It was comfortable and easily accessible to everything Pigeon Forge had to offer. We had one small maintenance issue that was handled quickly with no problems. We would recommend this cabin and would stay here again if we needed this size cabin again.

Great Time!
The cabin was in a great location and had plenty of room! Bedrooms and bathrooms were great size. Only complaint was the sturdiness of the back porches. You could see the middle support beam on the bottom porch was very unstable which made us hesitant to use the hot tub with every little movement we made, moving the entire porch. Would definitely rent again, just wouldn't have as high of hopes for the hot tub!

Great spring break getaway
This house is perfect for a family gathering, even with kids. If you are looking to do alot of cooking it is an apartment size kitchen, but it still worked to feed our family of 14. Huge dining table for everyone to fit, nice to have 3 levels with bedrooms on every level so you didn't feel crowded. Great big porch with beautiful views, VERY quiet neighborhood. It's tucked away from the chaos but good driving distance to all the outings. 5-10 minutes to the island, 20-25 min to downtown Gatlinburg, 15-20 minutes from outlets. These were times during spring break as well. Overall it was a pleasant stay and had all the things we needed to make basic dinner/breakfast.

Has potential to be a decent place.
Just not taken care of. Furniture is wore out, hot tub has a bad water leak when the jets are on. The pool table needs to be replaced (rails are dead) and sticks are warped or the tips are broke. Cable tv box in one bedroom didn't work. Cookware was in the cabinets not washed.

Great location, cozy cabin
Was a great location and cabin. Myself and the family enjoyed our time! My only complaints would first be the trash pick-up. We are supposed to get one pick-up while we are there and we had to request it the day before we left. Secondly the two things cleaning crew should have noticed which is one of the shower curtains was filled with mold and another room the toilet seat was off the hinges. Other than those few thing we were very pleased with our stay. :) Overall we'd recommend the property and stay again!

Needs to be a major cleaning first of all,whoever cleans. Some rotting wood on outside. We all made fine. Cockroaches are there not real bad yet but if it isn’t taken care of soon it will be. I wouldn’t want that particular cabin again. The picture on line are very old. Need to update.

Tranquil Times, perfect for my family!
This was our first time choosing a cabin in a Resort, but we were not disappointed!! Tranquil Times was a great Cabin for us! It was clean, well equipped and just so peaceful. The location was perfect and so convenient for any restaurants or attractions that we went to in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Sewer no hot tub
The cabin is beatutiful spacious but we came wanting to enjoy the hot tub in cold weather it did not work We smelt sewer like when we walked in had to call maintenance they brought machines snaked toilets but did not work we had to spend 3 nights with the horrible smell bought candles to cover smell no very satisfied will not stay again unless we recieve word it has been rectified My husband's mom died the Sat morning we were there so we dealt with the situation

Great location but…
We loved the cabin and the location! We loved that there was enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. However, when we arrived there was a bad odor in the cabin.. almost like a sewage smell. We let the back door stay open for about an hour to air it out. Then we went out for the day and came home to the smell even worse (mainly on the lower level). I emailed the maintenance people and got a rude response and was offered a ozone machine to use when we leave the cabin. I was disappointed in the maintenance crew and the smell. They said they had someone come out for the smell before we checked in because the house keepers smelt it. The next day the thermostat stopped working on the main level. Overall the cabin was mostly clean. The sheets and pillow cases looked wrinkly and had some stains. There was trash in the woods all behind the cabin. The good of the property was the location, the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the pool table, hot tub, kitchen fully stocked. I would stay here again if there was no smell and a better maintenance crew. Even a small discount or refund would’ve been nice since we had to stay out most of the day because of how bad the smell was. The owners were nice and easy to work with on booking, checking in, and communicating.
