The hotel was great. Clean rooms and friendly staff, the hotel was quiet. The bed were very comfortable with 3 pillows on each. Plenty of room for 3 people. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Will stay again.

staff ignored "do not disturb" card on door, came into our room, threw something important away, it's a cheap place to crash at night. nothing special.

Kathy, some DND signs are two sided, one side says maid service please ,while the other says do not disturb. No housekeeper will enter your room if the sign clearly stated DND. I've stayed here before and everything is usually good. The new clerk good use a little bite more friendliness & a lot less cologne. My room was ok except for continual drip of sink & very load toilet. I'd go back again. They do charge a $250 refundable service animal fee

OK for the price. No major issues but you do get what you pay for. Pillows were either flat or full of lumps. If bedding is important to you the beds do have real comforters not just those cheap thin things

You really get what you pay for. It’s a very good location, a warm bed, and a roof over your head for your stay. The breakfast is packaged pastries, but the facility is well kept and a good deal for the location

There was a leak coming from the light fixture in our bathroom from the room above. Very unsafe. So we canceled our stay because they didnt have another room for us to stay in.

The motel is up on a very steep hill which makes it quit quiet, but hard to walk from if an older person. Its a little hard getting in and out of the driveway when traffic is busy. The front desk was quick and very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel and is in need of lots of small maintenance. The door on 116 is badly damage and doesn't lock properly, in 115 the shower nozzle bracket is broken and very inconvenient to use, in 115 & 117 the sink counters are badly rotten and lean forward because the front support is broken.

Was very disappointed in this stay the hotel was very outdated and dirty. I found hair in the bed also had blood on the ceiling above the bed the light shade, the wall, and a little on the bed. The refrigerator took forever to get cold. The heat or air did not work the best the bathroom light did not work at all, and the phone in the room did not work at all. I felt very unsafe staying with my children I had booked the place for a full weekend, but checked out after the first night. Also, the breakfast was horrible. They did not have much and it was like knock off brand Swiss rolls and bagels.

Property is located up a large hill giving stunning views. Breakfast offered was simple- cereal, coffee , plastic wrapped pastries and frozen sausage biscuits. Coffee in room was horrible. King bed was very comfortable. Shower was a single head shower nothing fancy. No refrigerator or microwave.

Stayed here for 5 days. Housekeeping only came to change beddings and empty trash on the 4th day. There are bed bugs crawling. Black lady from reception said “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?” Beware.

Marianne, you would not stay in a room with bed bugs for 5 days. Upon check in, you made a complaint to the front desk. The " black lady" and a housekeeper inspected your room and even offered to change the already clean sheets. When asked what was the issue with the room you could not give a definitive answer. If you cannot clearly state what the issue is it cannot be addressed.Expedia also contacted the hotel and they were informed that the room was inspected an no issues were found. You made no further complaints and you were here for the entire duration of your stay. If you had a DND sign on your door that would be the only reason your room was not serviced.

Nice place! Shower water takes a bit to get warm but besides that and walk next to daughter somewhat dirty it was good. Could use paint in shower areas above tub looks dirty and grimey. We didn’t do breakfast because reviews made it sound like it was wrapped items and not much.

The only problem I had was there was a $80 security deposit requirement and it didn’t state that on the receipt the hold was removed but it put me in a financial situation that me and my fiancé had to come back early

When entering what seemed to be a clean room, my wife stepped in something sticky under the bed. So that tells me that they do not clean well. Also the toilet kept running. The staff took care of those to issue right away. The bed was broke down. high in the center and low on the top and bottom. Hotel needs renovation. Breakfast had only muffins and bagels and juice machine was down one morning.

We chose not to stay here. We tried to ck in a little early, but upon seeing the front desk and lobby area, we were disappointed in the poor conditions. We understand it was booked as non-refundable. As a courtesy to the hotel, we called and let them know that we would not be checking- in so that they could rebook for another guest of needed.

Breakfast was the worst part about the hotel. They have a fridge with nothing in it. Only served wrapped food they bought at the dollar general down the street. No cereal or bread for toast. They had juice but only served orange juice. They served wrapped up bagels but only gives you butter and jelly to eat with it instead of cream cheese.

I’m not disappointed!
Hotel was amazing especially for the price! It’s right around everything. We planned to do so we never had to drive long to get anywhere unless it was going to Gatlinburg but that’s far from this area no matter what! Our room was a little worn down and some things that had been repaired weren’t done well, none of which were detrimental to our stay, but it didn’t have carpet which is a plus for me! My only complaints would be we always struggled to get our key card to work and would have to try it quite a few times or we had to get new cards once, so I think they need those replaced. Especially since other guest mentioned it in passing Another issue was that the breakfast wasn’t really great and was only 2 choices of prepackaged snack cakes. Would have preferred more or even the option for cereal and milk. But again that didn’t really make or break the trip for me! Overall I’d definitely stay here again we really enjoyed our stay here!!
