If you want to spend your day going out and about you will find that you are just 2 minutes away from town. This property is conveniently located near Dollywood and near all your favorite local shopping centers! Perfectly convenient for the closest adventures! After a long day of excitement you can come back and relax in the large king master suite with your very own personal jetted tub to soak the days motions away! Almost heaven has stunning mountain views and has access to Indoor and Outdoor Pools as well as the Fitness Center offered for your morning or nightly work out all which are onsite at the resort.This Pigeon Forge Rental Cabin has everything you need to make a vacation one you will never forget! The cabin also offers its own hot tub to outlook the glowing scenic view of the mountains.You have big TV to enjoy movies or your favorite sports! Not to forget the Mrs Pac Man Arcade to add some fun into your personal space! Almost heaven is comfy enough to be the perfect vacation home spacy enough to sleep 14 people cozily! My overall impression was that the grounds and facilities of the resort lacked in maintenance - Entrance water feature was not working, building patch jobs were incomplete, Indoor hot tub was not working. In our cabin, Almost Heaven, the washing machine did not work and there was a leak under the sink. In the downstairs bedroom the TV had no cable or streaming device, so it was useless. The private hot tub looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. Customer Service was contacted the first day we were there and neither issue was attended to the whole week that we were there. I can say that the location of Big Bear Resort was the best thing about it. But, overall, our stay was just mediocre. This gets 3 stars mainly for location.
