Hi Loretta. As I reminded you when you first called after arrival and you told me you were afraid of hills, roads and snow - you booked a cabin in the mountains in the winter! I offered to allow you to cancel your reservation for a full refund so you could get a hotel in town - you refused that offer. I have no control over the weather, but we plow and salt the roads if we get any inclement weather. As to your other "issues", I would have been happy to explain anything to you had you asked. Shuffle board tables don't have bumpers. Cable, receivers, etc. all have their own remotes. Beds have wooden slats to support the bed. Checkers and chess pieces are stored inside a game table. Speakers are controlled by how you balance the receiver, etc. I hope you have a blessed 2023 and can find some joy in your life.

Hi Jessy - So glad you enjoyed your stay. I apologize for the bed sagging. I had my maintenance crew check it after I saw your review. It seems someone had knocked loose of the metal box spring supports. We build a much sturdier platform for the bed to prevent in the future. Thanks again for your business and hope to see you again.
