Check in was easy and any time we had a question or if we had an issue, we had a quick response from owners. Ultimately, the condo took care of our needs for a stay in the area. It was only about 5 minutes from dollywood which was great, and close to all sorts of food places if you wanted to go out, or have it delivered. Great location and plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kiddos. In the middle of wildlife, but close to what town had to offer. Thank you!:

Rooms in the pictures does not depict the actual condition of the townhouse. Carpets were stained and dirty, it is in bad need of painting and updating. It showed a picture of a hot tub near the pool, but it was removed and filled in with cement. The balcony needed cleaning and staining. Recliner was broken. The upstairs would not cool off forcing family members to sleep on pullout couch.
