The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything stocked we needed. We had a nice supply of towels. Bed linen was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again due to good location. Both bedrooms are upstairs.

Perfect “home base”

This property was the perfect home base for our family while we were in town for a dance competition. Clean, close to everything, and plenty of room! Communication with the property manager was quick! We would definitely consider this property again in the future.

One day before arrival I received a message from the host requesting a selfie and a selfie with my drivers license in order to receive check in information. I’ve never had to do this for a vrbo stay before, but I obliged anyway. After doing so, I never received check in information. After we began our three hour trip to the area, I messaged the host asking for check in information several times during the drive but never heard back until we were ten minutes away. During that time, I tried to call a number provided by vrbo and there was no answer. Vrbo’s customer support was also unhelpful. All messages I received from the host from this point seemed to be automated messages. Essentially, I felt ghosted by the host. The actual home was fine- plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, etc. The location was great for getting to things inPigeon Forge. However, I would not use this host again due to their extremely poor communication skills.

I had to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, cancelled 5 days before arrival, while Expedia did the right thing and refund what they could, the host charged me for cleaning and maintenance and taxes on a rental I did not use. I will never rent this place ever again, stay away, just a warning, the owner will take your money, even if you cancel in enough time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BNB OWNER, BUT A THUMBS UP TO EXPEDIA FOR DOING WHAT THEY COULD TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Very disappointed in the owners treatment of a customer, don't rent this place.
