This condo was great! Location couldn't be better. We normally get a cabin in the mountains when we go to Pigeon Forge but this time around we wanted to be on the Parkway. This cabin was perfect for that. Despite being near the parkway it was quiet. Never heard any vehicles or road noise at night. Well appointed and clean. Much better 'feel' than a hotel. A couple of FYI items: Both beds are super soft. Only an issue if you prefer medium of firm beds (we do). Not really an issue just something I think people should know. Water pressure in master shower was very low but the second shower was great so we used that one. Those were really minor issues and this place is definitely 5 stars. I think our favorite thing was we could walk to Country Tonite Theater and the best local restaurant, The Local Goat. Short drive to everything else.

Condo was nice, clean, overall in very good condition. The area was off the main parkway & quiet. Negatives: Master bedroom sinks were almost completely clogged & the water pressure was very weak in showers. There was no pillow case for 5th guest. We had to call for one & batteries for the TV remotes which was delivered promptly the next day. Couldn't get the TV in spare bedroom to work with remote.

If the property had been clean and mold free it would havw been nice. However, it was filthy. The towels were wet and moldy as were the bathroom rugs. The rest of the place had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. We washed sheets, towles and cloroxed toilets sinks, etc. We did not have a vacuum so the floors remained dirty. I rented the place to recover from surgery and did not have another place to go, otherwise we would have moved out. I feel like at the very least i should be reimbursed for the management/cleaning fees, and, truthfully more than that. To date i am still suffering from sinus problems as a result of staying there. Feel free to contact me for further comments.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains. The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court.

The property is in a good location. This property had several issues such as TV in 2nd bdrm kept cutting out & would take several minutes to have reception again. The floor mats in the bathrooms needed to be cleaned. The washing machine was broken & there was only one towel per person with no way to wash them. I didn't bring extra towels but did bring detergent to wash mine & then sadly couldn't. The lights flickered on & off. There was only one pillow per person and no extra blankets in the 2nd bdrm. The pillows were very flat. The mattresses on the beds were old. They were soft, but you always rolled to the center. The bottom sheets kept coming off the bed as you were sleeping. Many of these issues were mentioned in the reception book on the table going back several weeks/months so they were already there and had not been addressed. There were no check out instructions so you could only assume on what they wished you to do. I tried to reach someone regarding the broken washer but couldn't reach anyone. Perhaps they were unavailable due to a holiday weekend, but still disappointing. I typically try to find the good in every place I stay - the living area was clean as was the kitchen. However, our overall stay was quite disappointing. We came with friends for their first stay in the area and we certainly didn't put our best foot forward. For the money we paid, this should have been much better.

Great condo!! Our family really enjoyed this place. The view was absolutely beautiful from the balcony. The location waa perfect and away from the heavy traffic areas. My only complaint is that there was only 1 towel and wash cloth per person. I would definitely stay here again I would just be sure to bring extra bath towels.
