The cabin was great! The fireplace in the living room really added a romantic ambiance while enjoying the living room. The bed was firm and comfortable and the temperature of the cabin was pleasant. It was nice and quiet at night which really made for a restful experience. An easy 10 mins drive to Dollywood, which was perfect for us. We can’t wait to return!

Very nice cabin close to attractions. On a quiet road leaving a residential development. "Creek" was more of a drainage ditch and might be a disappointment if one is looking to take advantage of the outside ambience. Too chilly during our stay but the fireplace suited us nicely.

My wife and I were looking for that rustic cabin feel, but we didn't want to stay way up in the mountains - we wanted quick access to the Parkway and Pigeon Forge, grocery, restaurants and Starbucks! Time to Cuddle provided the best of both worlds. Two-room cabin perfect for a couple or two with small kids. Everything worked well, check in was easy - the quick turn on gas logs were a plus as was the in-room jacuzzi. We could see ourselves staying here again.

Comfortable and clean. There is traffic on the road but not too bad considering how close you are to the main drag = parkway. 3 min to the grocery store or all the action. I would stay again. I read all the reviews and still booked and glad I did. Everything worked and the bed was comfy. I will definitely book again. Thank you for a nice safe clean place to stay away from home that felt like home.

Location was perfect, but a few items that need to be addressed. Oven didn’t work, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Recliner didn’t recline . Nice cabin but needs upgrades . Wouldn’t stay there again for the price.

Cabin was located within minutes of attractions, very convenient in/out process. Enjoyed our stay.

Our friend and her friends loved the place. Only thing they said they would like to see changed would be the amount of towels and bath cloths that were available. The ladies in the office were so helpful and professional. We will definitely rent this property again.

I loved the easy online booking and no contact check in because we arrived late in the evening and did not have to inconvenience anyone to meet us for keys..The cabin was beautiful and cozy and clean..We were in a country setting but just a few blocks from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and all of the amenities..I have already sent the information for renting to a few friends that have inquired...We would definitely love to stay again soon..

This is a cute little cabin that is perfect for a couple or small family. Everything was perfect with our stay but the only thing that disappointed me was the fact that it was not a cabin in the woods. It is a cabin by the road. I did not know this nor any place in their description said that it was right by the road. I have stayed in many cabins in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and they were all up in the mountains. It's very easy to get to and close to town, but I prefer to be in the mountains. You can hear the traffic at night, of course thats not a great big deal but it was just not what I expected when I got there.

It was a wonderful trip for my husband and I! Just enough room for us. You have your necessities and are right close to everything. We REALLY enjoyed the xplorie tickets and movies. We will most definitely be coming back here again soon!

The only thing that I have to dislike about the cabin is the parking space of mine and the neighbors cabin for sure isn't big enough due to me having two vehicles and the neighbors having the same but other than that I loved the stay here.

Dear Home Away ... It was a beautiful location, just what I ordered to get away from the big city, until I walked in the cabin. The last renters must have not followed the non-smoking rule the house smelled and reeked from smoke. Our eyes burned, nose ran and throat felt raw, you would of thought the cleaning crew would have noticed if they were non-smokers. Called the office they sent out the maintenance man with a bottle of spray, he saturated all fabric material items, now we smell that chemical and everything was wet. Called back next morning they offered a machine to replace the air, we didn’t want to leave for two hours. We were offered Brother Bear up in the woods 14 miles away from town, not what I ordered, but beautiful and peaceful. OMGee the house needs a major remodel and the antique beds and squeaky box springs and mattresses need replacing. The bath towels if you call them that were old and paper thin. I don’t think the house had been stayed in for a while, dirty towel on bathroom floor, toilets had black water rings, spider in sink. We were never offered a refund, left PF two days early because of the bad experience we had with cabin rentals. That would have been the perfect offering for such a bad situation. A couple of the ladies in the office felt bad for our experience. If we come back we’ll stay in a hotel.

Everything was great except for the fact that it was raining outside the the first day so we planned on renting a movie but the cabin did not have a DVD it did have a VHS player 🤷‍♂️ Which is like 10 years out of date so we were forced to make other plans

When we arrived, I was disappointed that the pictures and description of the cabin were a little deceiving. It was not "nestled in a beautiful natural wooded setting". The front door and bedroom window are roughly 40 to 50 feet from a busy road in a mountainside subdivide with lots of traffic and loud music and my truck would barely fit in the driveway without hanging into the road. Other than that, we had a nice stay. This cabin did not seem like a privately owned cabin in the woods. It was more like a log cabin hotel room in a residential area. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is not your place.

We had an amazing trip. The mountains were gorgeous and the cabin was perfect. The ladies at Bear Camp Cabins were very accommodating and so nice. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
