Overall it was a great place! The wifi did not work well. Having a good wifi connection is very important to us! Would suggest more detailed instructions on how to unlock the door. We had to call for help with that, but they were very helpful and we got it. Still recommend it! :)

Great price for a shared unit.

The overall review is great. Some minor issues that didn't affect the rating but were more "annoying". Ex: only one extra garbage bag, no recycling bin/bag, VERY cheap shower curtain, refrigerator (still) leaks, the A/C was not easy to operate - keep at a certain temp, wash machine sounded horrible, listed as two king beds - 2nd bedroom is NOT a king. In the end our group did say we would return due to the price/location.

The location of the unit is perfect easy to find easy access to all the great location around. Only down side was the refrigerator had a leak on the inside but that didnt stop it from keeping the food and drinks cold. And could use some bigger TVs for the price.

We love this property! Very nice, clean, very convenient and close to everything.

I have always stayed In a cabin when I visited the Smokies. This year we decided to try a condo. This is what I will do from this point forward. We have several kids all different ages. They all had a great time. This condo very clean and neat. With kids usually that is my number one priority is how clean a rental property is! Definitely 5 stars! 😀

Very Nice, CLEAN!!!!

This condo was very clean and spacious. Nice balcony with views of the strip. We used the indoor pool which was very cool and 7ft deep. All neighbors were nice and courteous. The condo itself was so clean, the kitchen was nice, and plenty of space for everbody to sleep!!!! Traci (owner) did a great job on this condo! 5 stars!!!

Amazing!

Very nice accommodations. We are glad that we stayed there. We will be back for sure. My two children (ages 2 & 4) loved the pool area, the indoor pool and the playground area. I had to contact the owner during my stay (mishap that involved broken nail polish & the furniture) and she was 100% kind, understanding and easy to talk to. This will be our "go to" place from now on.
