Location is good. Quiet and easy access. The shower was great. Had a good supply of dishes. View was awesome. Watching the sun rise over the mountain is breathtaking. Now for the not so good. The door was standing open when we arrived. I wasn’t able to make contact with anyone to question this. The dirty laundry was inside in a bag next to door. No one came to pick it up. Contacting the host was not user friendly for me. However, I would not discourage anyone from staying there.

Nice property. No sheets or bedding for sleeper sofa so come prepared if you need to use it. We did have 1 issue with the main TV and it would randomly start talking like an automated assistance. Couldnt figure out what it was saying but happened several times durring our stay.

The view is beautiful , the apt was comfortable , well decorated. It was very spacious, and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. Games for the kids and they had a blast playing in the indoor pool.

This condo was nice and had a beautiful view, however we arrived to bunk beds not being made, unwashed sheets for pullout still in sofa and hamper unfolded. The toilet paper holder in master bathroom fell off the wall 1st time it was touched and toilet seat in the powder room fell off toilet halfway through the stay. I don't normally see these kind of issues. Hopefully they will be resolved.

Great week despite the heat and traffic.

The property was great - everything as advertised. It is well kept and the owner provides lots of little extras (paper towels, games, smart tv with all the apps, etc). The main downsides were the heat and the traffic, which has nothing to do with the property. If you have GPS or know your way around, you can avoid the traffic most of the time. Also, if you plan to do a lot of activities inside, the heat won't be an issue either. We had wanted to do some hiking, but the one day we went to a park the heat and the bugs made us miserable. People who are more outdoorsy would do fine. The mattress in the bedroom is not great, but as long as your back is not arthritic (like mine is) you will be fine. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

We were very satisfied with this condo and location. I expected an almost hotel like setting but it wasn’t like that at all! If I had one suggestion for the particular condo we stayed in, it would be to not to forget to mention the privacy and beautiful mountain views! Thank you!

creaky and buggy

The bed was saggy, lumpy and creaky. The sofa too. Saw 5 or 6 bugs. In need of updating and upholstered furniture replaced. TV didn't work and when we called, a maintenance man arrived within minutes (just dead batteries in remote). Great view and location and this could be a top notch place if it was given some attention.
