"Our stay was amazing, the price very reasonable, and the location was perfect. There was only one minor issue, but it does not affect my rating. You have to turn the tv all the way up to hear speaking, but when action or shooting happens it is super loud. You have to hold the remote at all times. It wasn’t that big of a deal. We stayed here for the Indy Mini, and the location was super convenient—just over a mile from the start line, which made it easy to walk.Cons:The photos in the listing were a bit misleading, as the place was much more worn than expected. The Fontana Hotel

8/10 Good

"My room was well provisioned and quite satisfactory, although it was an accessible room, probably because I inadvertently requested one. The hotel is, unfortunately, in a high crime neighborhood. The hotel itself has few amenities, and reminded me of a converted penitentiary: dark halls, row after row of doors without much relief. Nevrtheless, a satisfactory accommodation for a single night."

"Everything was well appointed, not too much wrong (other than the random piece of shredded cheese) with the room itself. Problem was (Room 2077) a rhythmic buzzing from somewhere else on the property that would turn on for 5 seconds, then off for 10...non stop, the entirety of the night. A garage door, which i assume was for a neighboring property, also sounded like it was in the room with us. So loud starting at 530 am on as people arrived for work. Property was good, just the room that i was given, not so much."

"Do not book at this hotel. Spend more for a way better place. The room was so disgusting and super out dated. The sheets, couch, rug, and walls were stained. The a/c wasn’t working properly making it feel hot and humid. The blow dryer wasn’t working either and looked burnt and one of my towels had something that looked like blood. The mini fridge was completely frozen and not working well and it was also leaking. The cleaning crew were slamming doors so loud all throughout the day making it difficult to have some restful sleep. The breakfast was such a joke. I promise you it’s not worth waking up for. It was bread for toast, a few old looking muffins, and cereal that looked old. Cracks all over the room and my boyfriend and I woke up with bed bug bites. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay at this place. They wouldn’t give me a refund so I was stuck there and had a miserable vacation due to this nasty place. The owners should be ashamed!"
