“The hotel was very pleasant and clean. The kids loved the pool!”

“The check in and out process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. I was so amazed by the cleanliness. From the lobby to the room. The breakfast was amazing. Don’t usually see hotels with hot breakfast these days. And the variety was amazing. From Chicago, thanks for the great hospitality. ”

“Found the entire place unsatisfactory. I booked because the said breakfast included, NO BREAKFAST ! Middle of shower ran out of hot water , went to use hair dryer- didn’t work ! Total disappointment, will never stay there again . Also , pissed off at Expedia for posting false amenities on hotels !!! ”

“I stayed for a longer period of time in the area and wanted a working kitchen. It is a little strange because you have to ask for a hot plate. the rooms do not have stoves, even though it might look like it from the pictures. The pictures are a bit deceptive. The pots and pans I was given came with the hotplate. They were a little funky and were not washed. The staff member that gave them to me was embarrassed and offered to wash them before giving them to me, but I told him not to worry……

“Staff rude card couldn’t work on outside door had to walk around the whole building to the front to get in when it was cold and snowing ”

“Nice stay in a queen suite. Overall it was a great stay and the hotel impressed us. Only negative would be that the furnishings in the room were well used and could be replaced but were not terrible.”
