“The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise……

“The initial entrance is tricky because you need the key fab (which is in the room you don’t have access to yet) in order to enter the building, use the elevator, or the stairs. The condo itself was fine, although the listing said there was sofa bed, this was not true. There was a sofa but it did not convert into a bed which was very disappointing. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was clean, it was a great location, it was safe, but the details listed and the poor……

“The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location for dining and nightlife activities. The rooms are clean. The faucet in the tub was old and nearly coming out of the wall. Otherwise, the bathroom was okay. The check-in process was horrible. We did not receive our check-in information and link within 48 hours of our arrival. When we called the property, they stated the link would be sent on our arrival day. We mentioned that we might need to cancel to avoid the risk of driving for 2……

“Apartment had an obvious leak and water damage, compounded by the rainstorm that came through on our trip. The dishwasher was in a sorry state and full of rust, silverware in the kitchen was also rusty.
The beds and pillows and sheets were "fine" but of obvious low quality (I've had better at cheap hotels).
Space wise it was perfect for 4-5 people needing a place to crash during a convention and it was conveniently located. The building, the "Block" has seen far better times, it's a ghost……
