「We stay here every couple of weeks for part of the year. It’s in a convenient area, has handicapped accessible rooms and parking is pretty good. Rooms seem to have everything we need. Would be nice to have a cart for taking suitcases in at some of the other entrances.」

「There were dead bugs in the hallway the room smelled like mold and cigarettes there was blood and other questionable stains on the bedspread and poop was smeared in the bathroom we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room so that we could stay we were booked thursday through Sunday and we left Saturday morning because we couldn't stand another night not to mention the windows in our room would not lock not to mention when this was all mentioned to staff they completely disregarded...

「If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...

「This hotel has a mice infestation exposed wiring and some rooms have no smoke detector. The choice hotel brand overcharged my card by 200. I was penalized for menstrual cycle because I spotted a little bit of blood on the blanket sorry im a female I guess ? The toilet nor the bathtub would drain properly not to mention the massive fight in the parking lot where a man jumped in front of his girlfriends car when brought to the attention of management it was just dismissed. I would not waste...

「The check-in went smoothly, but we found out the following day that we had not been informed about the policy regarding maid service, and even when we followed the protocol our room remained intended and our towels unreplaced. The new shower leaked and ran across the bathroom floor nearly to the carpet and we had to use our towels to soak up the water to prevent a fall. The room was either frigid or damp.
