"This was a tent without electricity or running water in the tent. We thought it was very clean and very comfortable. Our only concern the porta potty (Sunday night Monday morning) was extremely full and could’ve used cleaning “at least” one day earlier. Maybe Friday before a busy weekend. But we did love hearing the coyotes howling at night. Really!!!! Great fun. "

"What an excellent property! We enjoyed every moment we stayed at The Retreat. Keyless, so no worries about the arrival time (very convenient because of the long distances). So quiet and comfortable. Nice terrace to relax and enjoy your breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"Was worried about no A/C but this wasn’t an issue as the nights get cool. The place is old so bring a charger that can charge multiple items. Wildlife viewing was amazing…elk right in the parking lot!!
