The roof top restaurant was amazing and view was beautiful, the only thing was the other authentic Italian restaurant in the hotel was not good food or service wise at all but still a 5/5 hotel"

"The private bathroom was so big and so was the rest of the space. The A/C worked great and the room was so comfortable with private amenities. There were many security gates and I felt very safe there. Flavia was so lovely and helpful with the language barrier and setting up taxis. I would stay here if I travel to Rome again."

"We reserved two rooms about 5 or 6 monthsago. Upon arrival we were shocked to learn it was one room only! The owner livia sent us to another place that was disgusting! I did not sleep a wink! I don’t feel O was compensated appropriately! She said it is rated as 2 and her place is similar. Her place is clean and inviting. NOT that other place. I’d like to discuss this with someone further.
