"The room was very nice, large, quiet and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The only downfall is the breakfast. They do offer some grab-and-go type items. It would be much nicer to have a better selection of hot foods that you don't have to microwave. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We had stayed at this property before, but were pleasantly surprised with the improvements and upgrades we noticed. Especially noteworthy the spa and very nice pool that make relaxing after a tiring trip so much easier. What made the biggest impression, however, was the wonderful coffee(!!) and the friendliness of the kitchen/breakfast area staff. The whole area is very neat, clean, well equipped, nicely furnished!"

"We were staying at a 4-star hotel in TN, not only was it expensive, the cleaning crews told us they were too tired to clean all of the hotel daily as they were supposed to, so our room never got serviced until we called, and the staff were distant and not readily accessible nor friendly. Traveling home, we stayed at America’s Best Value Inn & Suites Pinckneyville, IL. Completely different experience. Staff were accessible, from Kimmy to Mit. The hotel was safe, the pool was heated, there were pool toys provided, a game room, breakfast, and best of all clean. well worth the extra miles off the main road. highly recommend this hotel. "
