"The cabin was a little smaller than what was pictured. The ladder to get to the bed was insane. Guests should be warned. There needs to be some sort of slant to the ladder somehow. It is very steep and not much head room clearance. Even for a younger person, it is difficult to get into bed. Maybe put a sign at the top of the trail cut in so that guests know to turn onto the gravel path. It’s very hard to see in the dark. Other than that, very clean, very nice off grid living. Great location."

"Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, especially on the second night when the key cards to my room wouldn’t work. Bed was comfy, pillows were very soft and room ac kept us cool. Good room for a good price."

"We wanted a short getaway with our dog. Temperatures were so hot. Cumberland falls/river/lake was just the ticket to try and be cool. Our dog jumped in the river for the first time, and she's 3 years old! (Rather timid) The host was very personable. The area is quiet. Very animal-friendly."

"Owner was very responsive. Loved the house. Was very open and very comfortable. Close to all the attractions we were interested in!! Will be back. We come once a year for a RC event. Usually just rented a motel room. But this was much better by far."
