「Staff was courteous and the room was clean, parking easy.」

「200$ charged and then refunded rather then just placing credit on file incase of needing a fee. Didn't even end up staying. Horrible never had this happen before 」

「The rooms are newly renovated with new deco and equipment, e.g. microwave oven and the little pantry. But encountered a big experience that I found my credit card was charge a $2xx fee with $5 whatever charge from the hotel (I paid to Expedia for the room fee before checking in). Then I emailed to the hotel and was told by a frontdesk staff that they said the room chair found a cigarette burnt damage without my notice. We didn't smoke and I thought it was a non-smoking room, why I was charged...

「Clean Room, Breakfast was great Price was good」

「Room is dated but fine. It seemed clean but, of course, when it is this dated it can never feel that clean. It did its job. Casino was nice and staff were fine. The gym also was not that great as the one cable machine was really weird and did not function very well. Luckily they have a couple benches and dumbbells which do the job. They also had treadmills and stationary bikes which were good. Overall, was not impressed and the rooms definitely need renovating but it did the job for a few...

「The free breakfast was disappointing, as there was only cereal with coffee and reheated boiled eggs, as the staff admitted to other guests in front of us that they don't have a kitchen as they'd need a license for that, and that costs money, so the breakfast was shown as the cheapest options possible. With the exception of the free breakfast overall it was good for the money spent. 」

「The picture shown on the advertisement was definitely not what our room looked like. We only slept there so it was fine I guess 」

「Convenient location. 2 good restaurants on site. Staff was friendly. Free coffee in lobby. Clean renovated rooms. Though the hot tub was not working, which is the only reason I book. So that was a disappointment after a long drive. I recommend to stay though. Pool was clean too 」
