Persons in the property: · The house is rented complete for exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
Check-in: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years. · It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Cleaning: . The house must be properly tidied, dishes clean and garbage deposited in street containers before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
