"The remote control didn’t work, the pictures looked nothing like the room, I checked out after 2 days. They were shutting the water down from 9am-5 pm. I received a call 4-4 days after I checked out, because the person working the front desk didn’t officially check me out even though I handed him my room keys with the room number on the envelope. He was too busy on his phone. I’m still waiting for my reimbursement. "

"Clean rooms and building both inside and outside. Only negative thing that I have noticed is the front desk tends to hold staff meetings around 11am/ 12 noon and nobody is at the desk to help guests. They just make you wait until they are done. The other thing is that one of the housekeepers refuses to give you anything off of her cart. If you need TP, sheets or towels she will send you downstairs to the front desk. Just pray that it is not a "desperate😓" need. I have been at this hotel for seven months.Overall still a good hotel."
