“There was lots of room here, which suited our group well. Being close to local places made getting around simple.”

“Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.”

“So close to magic mountain! Perfect distance to go home and relax and go back for more fun! Had a lovely coffee bar set up with many options for coffee, decaf and tea! Beautiful view! Right next to the pool!”

“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

“Everything was great.”

“I liked that the fridge stayed cold and having a terrace gave us outdoor space. The beds were comfortable for two after long days visiting places like Moorpark College nearby.”

“The double bed felt sufficiently comfortable for two guests, heating made early chilly mornings much more bearable too.”

“Nice little getaway spot”

“Double bed suited us perfectly with plenty of space to move around comfortably in the room.”

“Yes, the rooms were clean. The host was very available and responded to our concerns very quickly. The location was perfect in regards to what we were doing. The mattress was firm and perfect for sleeping.”

“Great place and host!! Centralized location and in a safe neighborhood.”

“Super easy check in and Steffanie was quick to respond. Home was beautiful and well stock with essentials. Beautiful quiet neighborhood”

“So peaceful and a perfect little sanctuary away from it all. Loved waking up to the creek every morning and it was just a few steps away!”

“Property is in a nice location, convenient to a lot of restaurants, the mall, Six Flags, and in close proximity to I-5. Property feels very secure with gated parking and gated entry points to the property. Spacious condo. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.”

“Check in was quick and easy and Gurggen was quick to respond to my questions. House was extremely clean and well stocked. ”

“The pictures were deceiving as the room wasn't very clean. The toilet leaked. I was only informed a day or so before that there was no private shower facilities. The pool wasn't clean and due to the poor communication details for room# and access code on the first night I had to sleep in my car as the host was unavailable until 8:30 the next day. In general I wouldn't recommend this AirB&B for anyone staying in Santa Clarita. ”

“Great place! I would stay here again. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable.”

“Such a beautiful, clean property. Would 100% recommend.”

“Rooms included both cable TVs and refrigerators which helped keep things relaxed indoors after visiting Conejo Valley Botanic Gardens or Los Robles Greens Golf Course during daytime trips nearby”
