For the season 2019 we realized a new pool, a new furniture at the lunch restaurant and we renovated a part of the hotelrooms. New projects are on-going. All rooms have been renovated in floors and some of them have renovated bathrooms, the furniture is simple, functional and clean, as you wrote and we thank your for the appreciation. We are very sorry that you judged unprofessional the reception staff, the reception provides 24h information about the hotel and surroundings, we regret that it did not happen to you. We would like to inform you and readers that the hotel car is used for transfers from Pisa airport and from the railway station, for a fee and upon reservation, other destinations can be included, but during the high season, the transfers all over the day, between airport or station occupy most of the time. Bicycles are available free of charge, subject to availability, as indicated on our website. We are, however, very sorry for the impression you felt from the staff, usually appreciated for the kindness and professionalism.
