「Very new and clean building. Very comfortable beds. Walking distance to many unique international restaurants. Host is very responsive and friendly! Ample off-street parking. There are three units in the building, with the owner occupying the top floor. The space could use an additional chair or two, along with some hand towels for the kitchen and bath. 「This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. 」

「This is a very nice apartment! It is easily accessible to the subway into New York City. So that makes the location perfect. The neighborhood did seem a bit dangerous. So I guess I would advise not walking alone outside at night. But that would be expected in any place in Newark. Also the proximity to the Newark airport was perfect. There are lots of very good restaurants close by. Lots of good ethnic food!」
