The villa is super! Clean, good spacey rooms, a proper kitchen. There are nice features like sauna, jacuzzi, a proper swimming pool, place to grill. It is nicely located in surrounded by trees, and it is situated in the hills and therefore a bit cooler - which is very nice, no airco needed! The house owners are very nice, respond fast to messages, are more than willing to tell about the to-do's and the environment of Pistoia... to summarize, a pearl in Tuscany. We were with a group of 17 (adults and kids) and we all loved this location.

Notre semaine était magnifique ! La Villa est très bien équipée (chaque chambre a sa sdb). Les extérieurs sont très biens entretenus (piscine, spa, sauna) et la possibilité de manger à 2 endroits différents (terrasse - autour de la piscine) est très agreable. Florence accessible en train est un vrai plus (que demande le peuple) Le seul petit « bémol » pour la maison (pour lui trouver un petit point négatif….) le chemin d’accès à la Villa est très « escarpé », éviter la « FERRARI » et les véhicules trop bas 😉 Et enfin une mention spéciale pour Messieurs FERRARI, père et fils, qui étaient d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité sans nom ! Vous avez les remerciements du groupe entier. Denise et les 18 autres membres du groupe.🙋‍♀️

Unser Aufenthalt mit 14 Personen war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Wir wurden von Eigentümer an der nahe gelegenen Tankstelle pünktlich abgeholt, durch das Anwesen geführt und haben nützliche und interessante Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten. Durch den Abstand zur Hauptstraße und die natürliche Bewaldung der Umgebung konnten wir ungestört am Pool entspannen, zusammen draußen essen und grillen und bis spät am Abend draußen sitzen bleiben. Der einzige Nachbar ist sehr nett und verständnisvoll, spricht sehr gutes Englisch und hilft gerne bei Fragen zu den lokalen Gegebenheiten. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

Great stay by nine adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. Living area is also large with many chairs and sofas. Dining table is oval and can seat a large number of people. Kitchen functional and large enough. Grounds are impressive- pool is beautiful albeit not heated. Plenty of outdoor eating areas, all lovely. Outdoor grill is usable but far from house. Neighbor with dog and cats is friendly but cats are too, a problem for our cat allergic member. Driveway is long and very bumpy and nearly impossible to find without human guidance the first time. Two restaurants and a market within five minutes driving. Pizza restaurant looks unremarkable but has amazingly good pizza! Villa is a solid 25 minute drive from Pistoia, up a very steep and hairpin-filled climb. It’s very hilly around the villa - four of us rode road bikes for five days and we were stunned by the length and steepness of the climbs - and the lack of flat segments. Relatively easy access to Florence and Cinque Terra - very fun tourist trips. Pistoia is also a lovely city to visit. Davide did an excellent job managing our trip by making suggestions on food, trips, drivers, wine purchasing, local hiking, in villa cooks (we used them twice, once with pasta cooking lesson which was great fun), and he and his father even gave one of our group with a broken leg a four hour tour by car of the area. All in all an excellent one week vacation!

Wir waren Ende Juni vor Ort und trotz extremer Hitze in der Ebene hatten wir am Haus ca. 8 Grad weniger, so dass man tatsächlich keine Klimaanlage vermisst hat. Das Klima ist perfekt. Wir haben abends lange draußen gesessen und Glühwürmchen beobachtet. Morgens auch schon mal Nebel oder Regen. Die gesamte Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und genau wie die Bäder sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig in der obersten Etage könnte die Schräge für große Menschen ein Problem darstellen. Der Pool ist toll und super sonnig. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort, was problemlos funktionierte (wir hatten auch das kleine Gartenhaus dazu gemietet). Auf Wunsch war es auch möglich Kinderbett und Kinderstühle zusätzlich zu bekommen. Das Haus liegt am Hang und ist über einen recht steilen Schotterweg zu erreichen. Dadurch ist es schön abgelegen, allerdings sind Menschen, die nicht sicher laufen können, komplett aufs Auto angewiesen. Viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, so dass man viele Alternativen hat und sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Die Ferraris sind super nette Vermieter, die auch im Notfall (Gasflasche war leer) super schnell vor Ort waren und geholfen haben.

Wij hebben met 14 personen een week in Villa Morelli gelogeerd. Prachtig huis, mooi ingericht en zeer compleet! Mooi privé zwembad. En ontzettend aardige eigenaars die alles doen om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zeer attent! Huis was brandschoon. Locatie is geweldig, rustig en midden in het groen. Zou dit huis aan iedereen aanraden!

We were a group of 16 celebrating our 60th birthdays and this house was just perfect for a group that size! Each bedroom was beautiful so everyone was comfortable. The house is well equipped for cooking, relaxing, etc. and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk away down a lovely twisting, turning driveway through the woods. There is a delicious restaurant across from the bus stop that we took advantage of a few times. You can take the bus to any of the surrounding towns but if you take it to Pistoia, you can catch the train to almost anywhere! The pool house is a charming cottage complete with 2 bathrooms, a sauna and full kitchen! Every detail was carefully planned and we found ourselves delightfully surprised as we discovered each nuance that this property has to offer. It is great for hikers as well because there are many trails around the area. To end our stay there the owner arranged for us to have dinner prepared by 2 chefs who did an excellent job. Most of all, we'd like to thank our hosts, Nato and Davide, who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and assisted whenever we asked. They made us feel welcome and at home for which we were deeply grateful.

We were a group of 14...cousins & spouses, friends and family. The villa was wonderful. We cooked and hiked and swam. The hot tube was a bonus. Each bedroom with its own bathroom worked perfectly for everyone. Davide and his father took care of us. The weather was perfect. The villa didn't include air conditioning which caught us off guard at first, but this location doesn't need it. Keeping the windows open at night made the villa comfortable for the entire day. One evening was so cool we even had a fire in the fireplace...in June! The road up to the villa was a bit of a challenge. It was dubbed 'bobble-head' road by one of our group because of the bumpy, uneven ride. You definitely need a car to reach the villa. The internet service was not available for the first few days but we had invested in a mobile hot spot as part of our rental car. It was indispensable. Highly recommend getting one. The kitchen was well prepared with pots, pans and dishes. We made good use of the clothes washer. We had air-dried clothing for the first time in many years. Our time at the villa was full of laughter, fun and lots of wine. We lived outside at the communal table and pool. It was an unforgettable time. The villa was a delightful home for a week. This was an amazing experience.

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 16 Personen in der Villa Morelli, die wir im Internet gefunden hatten. Nedo Ferrari ist genauso herzlich, sympathisch und gastfreundlich wie sein Sohn Davide, den wir vor unserem Aufenthalt bei einem Kurzbesuch schon kennen gelernt hatten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wenn wir noch einen Wunsch hatten, wurde er stets erfüllt. Auch beratend standen beide vor und während des Aufenthalts freundlich und kompetent zur Verfügung. Die Jugendstil-Villa des Ministers Morelli ist ein besonders schönes und stilvoll und großzügig eingerichtetes Haus. Alles war sauber und alles funktionierte, die Zimmer individuell und ansprechend gestaltet. Pistoia, nahe gelegen im Tal ist mit großem Markt, guten bis sehr guten Restaurants, schönen Kirchen und Dom sowie dem Hospital mit den sehenswerten Kacheln und als Blumenliferant nach ganz Europa eine erholsame Alternative zu den vielen wundervollen toskanischen Städten, für die man Villa Morelli oder auch den Bahnhof in Pistoia sehr gut zum Ausgangspunkt nehmen kann. Deshalb, einfach hinfahren und sich wohl fühlen. PS: Unvergesslich wird uns allen das toskanische Menü für unsere Gruppe bleiben im wenige hundert m entfernten Restaurant, ebenfalls der Familie Ferrari gehörend, nämlich beides, in Qualität und Quantität bei mehr als fairem Preis.

Que dire sur ce séjour en Toscane, hormis que tout était parfait. Les propriétaires, nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et ont été de fabuleux conseillés. Très attentifs et disponibles pour que notre séjour reste un très beau souvenir et nous donne envie de retourner dans cette très belle région qu'est la Toscane. L'ensemble des prestations étaient conformes à l'annonce. Villa spacieuse, décorée avec goût, un séjour très agréable et pouvant largement accueillir une famille de 16 personnes pour les repas, les chambres chacune avec sa salle de bain, la piscine très appréciée par tous et sécurisante pour les enfants. Un cadre très agréable et un espace permettant à chacun de trouver un peu d'intimité malgré le nombre de personnes occupant la Villa. Un service formidable avec à disposition le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de toilettes et de piscine), et un changement hebdomadaire. Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité, pour tous les conseils apportés, mais aussi pour les petites adresses : pour les visites, les restaurants de dernières minutes ou les magasins pour les produits régionaux.... Une seule chose à regretter de n'avoir pas pu réserver 1 semaine supplémentaire, rentrée des classes obligeant un retour vers la France. A n'en pas douter, la note de 20/20 est plus que méritée. It was a real pleasure to stay in Villa Morelli with our family. It is a luxurious villa with plenty of bathroom facilities, a splendid swimming pool and a well equipped kitchen. The management is very friendly and helpful. In the evenings the woods and the hills surrounding the villa cool down the high summer temperatures of Tuscany. Villa Morelli is highly recommended!

"Endroit très calme et agréable. Idéal pour les enfants (à l''écart des routes). La situation géographique permet d''avoir des journées bien chaudes pour profiter de la piscine, et des soiré rafraichissantes, même en période caniculaire. La villa est très belle, spacieuse, propre et confortable. L''accueil des propriétaires était très bien organisé : visite de la propriété et explications très claires. "Nous avons occupé la Villa Morelli et son annexe les 2 dernières semaines du mois d''août 2012. Ce fut un séjour inoubliable, la Toscane est une région magnifique de l''Italie mais, surtout, on ne pouvait pas trouver mieux que la Villa Morelli pour passer de si bons moments lorsque nous nous retrouvions tous ensemble. C''est une magnifique demeurre restaurée avec beaucoup de goût par son propriétaire qui est architecte. La maison est retirée au calme et est spacieuse. On ne ressent pas le nombre de personnes qui l''occupe. Chaque chambre, décorée selon un thème qui lui est propre, possède sa salle-de-bain avec WC. La terrasse est spacieuse et bellement fleurie, la piscine est très agréable et les transates qui y sont en suffisance sont très confortables. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Voilà, que dire de plus si ce n''est que je vous la recommande vivement!"

"El alojamiento es de primera calidad, puesto con mucho gusto y todo está muy limpio. Los Arrendadores, Srs. F., tanto padre como hijo, son muy amables y ayudan mucho tanto para facilitar sitios de interés para visitar, como para indicar donde hacer simplemente las compras. El entorno de la casa es espectacular y hemos visto ciervos paseando por él. La temperatura en pleno verano fantástica, sin calores nocturnos. La casa está bien situada y relativamente cerca de los mejores sitios para visitar en la Toscana. Al final del día, después de una agotadora jornada de visitas, se agradece un baño en la piscina, también muy bien cuidada. No usamos la Sauna, pero la Barbacoa y el pin-pon funcionaron estupendamente".

"At the beginning of June 2011 we spent 5 fabulous days in Villa Morelli. It total we were 16 adults, so the villa was fully occupied. As it contains 5 double rooms and one twin room in villa and two double rooms in additional house, everybody had also space for privacy. Big living room made our evenings very enjoyable then the entire group get together and had a fabulous time for conversation. Extra points are going for WIFI connection. Its location is very perfect for short daily trips to neighbourhood and cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca etc. The owners, Davide and Nedo are very helpful and friendly and they do everything to make your stay in villa pleasant and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this villa for a people who like to have privacy with high level accommodation on North Tuscany region"

"Es entsprach nicht nur der Beschreibung, sondern wir möchten der Unterkunft, Ausstattung und Umgebung ebenfalls jeweils 5 von 5 Punkten geben. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter vor Ort war sehr gut, jede unserer Anfragen wurde sorgfältig beantwortet! "Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Et nous comptons y retourner. La villa est spacieuse et calme . Elle est entourée de petits villages ou l'on trouve toute l' alimentation nécessaire. Les nuits sont fraîches .Pistoia est a 20min environ .Un endroit a retenir si vous voulez vous reposer, visiter la région et bien dormir. Le propriétaire est disponible pour toutes demandes et n' est pas envahissant. Les voisins sont charmants et parlent très bien le Français et l'Anglais."
