New Back Lake Waterfront Cabin!

Welcome to Lakeside Lodge, Back Lake’s newest waterfront cabin! This cozy 4 bedroom home nestled on the shores of Back Lake was newly constructed in 2019 and has everything you need to enjoy a getaway to the Great North Woods. This property is close by to all major attractions of the north country including fishing, hunting, direct ATV and snowmobile trail access. The home is walking distance to a 5-star restaurant and full service tavern voted Best of N.H. Feel free to bring your boat and use the free public launch as well as the boat dock available right in front of the home. Back Lake is great for fishing or enjoying a beautiful sunset or listening to the sounds of the loons, Relax and enjoy the great outdoors on the large deck overlooking the lake. Deck includes an outdoor gas grill, gas fire pit and plenty of seating. Cozy up inside in the spacious living room which boasts a beautiful gas stone fireplace, reclining leather furniture and large flat screen satellite tv.

The first floor of this home offers a mudroom for all of your gear, a master bedroom with a queen sized log bed, a full bath and open concept kitchen/living room with all the amenities of home. The second floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 queen beds as well as a full bath.

Game of pool anyone? The finished basement offers a game room with a pool table and dart board and an additional bedroom with full-sized bunk beds.

Free trash pick up is included in your stay.

Pittsburg is a mecca for snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts year round.
Another focus in the area for tourists is fishing and hunting. Pittsburg is home to the four Connecticut Lakes, Back Lake, part of Lake Francis, and numerous smaller water bodies. The lakes are annually stocked with fish and allow for weekends of good fishing. The area is known for fly fishing. Whatever brings you to “The Burg” we hope you enjoy your stay at Lakeside Lodge!

Family Vacation

This home was a perfect combination for kids and adults. During the day we enjoyed four wheeling on the trails from the driveway to all main trails. In the evening everyone enjoyed cooling off and fishing in the lake. The house is clean, big enough for adults and kids to enjoy their own space, and has all the essentials. We will be staying again in the future.

Everything was clean and just as stated in the description! Our kids loved the ducks on the dock and looking out at the lake! Perfect location for 4 wheeling and being right on the trails and in a central location is so nice! This is our second time at this cabin and we will be back!

House was beautiful Other than a hiccup with check-in (which owner was immediately available to help with) it was a great trip. Direct access to trails, also enjoyed being able to kayak right from the property. The visiting ducks were also fun to watch. Enough room to enjoy family time but also have quiet time.

Second time staying at this home and cant say enough. Beautiful location, right on the water, quiet, did a ton of ATV riding and enjoying the views of the lake. Cant wait to return.

It is so beautiful on back lake any house would be amazing! I did love this house but was disappointed there were no closets or bureau’s for clothing only 2 tvs and one has no remote! And I found it very difficult to get kayaks in the water and get in them! It would be nice to have a clearing to get to the water not just the dock! We fell a bunch of times and gave up so just didn’t go kayaking anymore! The place is beautiful and well cleaned just missing a few things to make it so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase and have your stuff all over the house! Can’t organize and my OCD makes that tough!

Other than a surprise snow storm that out the power out for 6 hours what a great weekend! We woke up Saturday to no power and 2 inches of snow! It snows several more hours and with no power we played some games and ventured out to find coffee!!! Found it at Green Acres General Store where we proceeded to do some Christmas shopping as well. And since we had no power we decided the cinnamon sticky buns were a great idea. Omg you must get these if you go. The house is beautiful and as advertised. Comfy beds, ample towels and even bath amenities. Kitchen needs a new corkscrew we will donate it next time we are there :) but we managed to use the bent one that was there. It was super clean. The restaurant next door is so cozy and the pizza is fantastic! We loved having a pool table. We had some trouble figuring out how to watch live tv but that may just be because we don’t have dish at home. We’ve already booked a week next summer. Can’t wait. Thanks Andrew! Very nice home and very responsive host!

Great location!!

We had an amazing time at Lakeside Lodge. This is our 5th summer going to Pittsburg on our side by sides and by far the best place we have stayed. Awesome trail access, great place to swim and kayak. Andrew was a great host from start to finish. We will be returning!!

The lodge was very comfortable (seating and bedding) and well equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Although the lakefront area is built up, trees lining the sides of the property provided privacy. Looking forward to another stay.

Reconnection

We had a great weekend in this beautiful cabin reconnecting with family. Plenty of room and yet cozy. Loved the big windows. Wish it would have snowed while we were there. Loved to watch it through those windows. Cabin has everything you need, warmth, comfort, and great views of the lake. Owner was great with communication and answered any questions we had. Will definitely rent again.
