Ideal digs in Pittsburgh

Great spot. Quick trip for us but the place was perfect. Garage for the car. Big rooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Walking distance from some great food and coffee locations. Ideal!

Great Location in the city. Very clean with modern appliances. Everything looked new! Our host was friendly and accommodating. Rooftop deck was a definite plus!

Nice place

The condo was very comfortable. We had 2 cars and parked 1 on the street. Easily found a space. Very nice place. It’s essentially 4 floors of living space with quite steep stairs dividing the floors. If you have any mobility issues or a small toddler this may not be your place. Otherwise, if you don’t mind a lot of climbing this place is great. Very nice roof patio but again, steep stairs. The rooftop is accessed by a narrow winding staircase. Best checkout process we’ve experienced!

Beautiful!!

An amazing listing. So often you arrive at a rental and it's not quite what the photos led you to believe. This home is beautiful and sparkling clean with tons of extra amenities! We arrived in several cars and were concerned about parking but it was very easily found on the cross streets. Owner was so gracious, and very quick to reply to messages. My only word of caution- I would advise guests to consider if the many staircases suit their needs. There is an easily accessible bedroom downstairs, but other guests will have a bit of a trek. This wasn't a problem for our group, but I could see it being an issue for some.

Perfect Family Wedding Stay

We stayed at this property for a week during our daughter’s wedding in Pittsburgh. Everything was fantastic. The property is spacious, super clean and in a fantastic location. We walked to breakfast at a different restaurant each day and they were all great. It’s hard to describe how fantastic this location is with proximity to the Strip District as well as the great shops and restaurants in Lower Lawrenceville. The property was exactly as described and has plenty of room for a group. The rooftop is a great feature. The beds are comfortable, the location is quiet and having a garage is really unique and appreciated for this location. This is really a wonderful property that we truly enjoyed. Would recommend this to anyone as long as they are comfortable navigating stairs. There are 4 levels of stairs that provide great separation and privacy which was perfect for our group. The communication was perfect throughout the process.

Graduation Family Time

There were six in our group. We all had space to have family time together and quiet time if needed. The steps could be a problem for older folks. I stayed on the ground floor bedroom and only had one flight of stairs to main floor kitchen and living area which was manageable for me at 86. We found great restaurants within our area and the young people found late hour activities within walking distance of 3408. All in all, Hostwise Stays does a great job from start to finish. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks so much for providing our family a memorable time together.
