「Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!」

「Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning.」

「The property was well maintained and it is managed very well. For me and my wife, it is the perfect property to stay, because we attend the Tangelwood Festival in Lenox. We always enjoy a vacation club or timeshare rather than a simple hotel room. This way we can fix our own meals or go out and feast on some of the restaurants in Lenox and the Berkshire mountain area.」

「Very cool hotel. Nice lobby, with bar, restaurant, library/sitting room. Easy check-in/check-out. Stylish rooms - built from an old motel but with attractive updates. Good WiFi, nice refrigerator, and quiet. Helpful staff. Free coffee in the morning. Nice sitting area outside with fire pits. I would definitely stay again.」
